Chapter 5.

Molly

I sat on my sofa watching the time go by, I'd got up and dressed early for once, and I was ready with extra time to spare, today was the first big shoot I'd be working on for the sidemen and I was all over the place.

I got up to make a cup of tea, tea always calmed my nerves, I got my favourite mug out of the cupboard, put a teabag in it and flicked the kettle on to boil. I lent against the cabinet, still watching the time, it felt like I couldn't do anything until I got a message off Kirsty saying she was here to pick me up. The kettle had boiled and the click of the button brought me out of daydreaming, I poured the water into my mug and got the milk out of the fridge, everything felt like it was going so slowly today, until my phone screen lit up with a text.

Hey love, we're about 5 mins away xx

Molly :)
Okay perfect! I'll be outside :) xx

Suddenly everything sped up, I took the teabag out of the mug and poured the milk in, I barely waited for it to cool down before taking a big sip and putting the mug back onto the side, I'd clean it up later...is what I told myself, i grabbed my phone off the side, ran over to where I kept my shoes and slipped on the comfiest pair of trainers I owned and grabbed a small bag and ran down the stairs to the entrance of my building, I pushed the door open and took a deep breath, I was used to being late but one of the things I hated the most was making people wait for me, which meant most of the time I was in a mad rush and still ended up being late.

Kon and Kirsty pulled up outside of the building a minute later, which meant I was able to catch my breath, I walked over to the car and got in. "You'll be with me again today molls" Kirsty said with a smile, I smiled back at her, "I'll get you doing some filming next time we're properly in the studio, we'll be out in central today so you can help Kirst" kon said, I nodded along as kon explained the plans for today. We arrived at the studio 10 minutes later, got everything out of the car and took it inside to prep everything for the day.

"How did you find the party the other day?" Kirsty asked as I was helping her set up one of the cameras, "it was amazing, I don't really remember that much though, may have overdone it slightly" I said with a slight laugh, Kirsty giggled "I heard, also heard that Harry took you home? Anything going on with him?" I could feel my face heat up and I got a little bit shy "yeah he did, and no, we're just friends, I've only met him twice" Kirsty laughed at my reply, she was about to say something back but got interrupted by the door swinging open and the boys arriving. Tobi walked in first followed by Josh and Vik, they all went and set their stuff down and tobi walked over to Kirsty and I "molls, see you've recovered from the other night" he winked at me, my face heated up again from the embarrassment, "yeah I'm all okay, chilled out all of yesterday" he nodded "good I'm glad" it felt so nice that people cared about me even if I only recently met them, it hadn't always been like that and I was grateful.

All the cameras had been set up and tested, everything was ready to go, except the boys, JJ wasn't going to be at the shoot today, but Simon, Ethan and Harry were all running a little bit behind schedule. I stayed with Kirsty as she explained the plan for the day, and made sure our cameras were in the right settings, the door opened again and the 3 boys piled through, "we're so sorry we're late!" Harry said in a bit of a panicked tone, Ethan laughed "bog chill, whats the plan for today again lads?" I smiled over at Harry and gave him a small wave, he smiled back and was about to come over when Kon called everyone into a pre-shoot meeting. Everyone split up into teams and the shoot began.
