Our hero almost got captured by the Team Rocket but escaped by pushing some grunts away and quickly heads to a door that just opened. As our hero ran, she sensed some presences following her and immediately turned around, only to see a Frogadier and a Espeon following her.
Yumemi's POV
I can't believe this.
Two random Pokemons was following me and it's both of my favorite Pokemons.
I was speechless.
Before I could say anything, Espeon gave me something using its psychic powers. I looked at the item that Espeon gave to me and saw it was a necklace. At first, I was hesitant to wear it but after thinking about it, I wore it and then suddenly, both of the Pokemons spoke, not usual random garbled letters.
"So, do you hear us?" Both Espeon and Frogadier asked.
"Woah.. how can you guys speak?" I asked with a hint of curiousity.
"Espeon gave you a necklace that has a translator attached to it." Frogadier answered.
"Oh, okay but I have a question." I said.
"Uhm.. sure. You can ask us anything." Espeon said with a hint of nervousness.
"Okay so.. are you guys the one who opened the door?" I asked with curiousity in my voice.
"Yes, we did opened the door by using Espeon's psychic power to use the door knob to open the door." Frogadier replied.
"Oh, that made sense but why would you guys save me?" I asked again.
"It's because.. uhm... you were in trouble and you can't escape from them so we provided you an escape." Frogadier answered.
"Hmm.. that makes sense when I think about it, I'll let that slide." I said.
"Phew.." Both Espeon and Frogadier said.
"So.. what do you want from me?" I asked with curiousity.
"Oh, right. Can we be your Pokemons?" Espeon asked nervously.
"WAIT WHA-?! Sorry, I'm just surprised by this sudden outcome but may I ask why?" I asked again.
"Well.. it's complicated but you seem to have no Pokemons since you were from a another universe and you will get injuries or worse if you stepped in tall grass because there's a high chance that a wild Pokemon will attack you." Espeon replied.
"Wait, aren't you guys wild Pokemons?" I asked.
"Yeah but we were captured by Team Rocket and has been stuck here for a month." Espeon replied.
"Mhm, we were captured by them before we even evolved." Frogadier said, agreeing with Espeon.
"Oh really? That's so sad.. alright, you guys can be my Pokemons." I said hesitantly.
