The love behind the soul
It was a cold evening in November when I entered a room that was full of crowded children chirping around me like birds. My mother was very worried about my studies and decided to enroll me in one of my neighbor's tuitions. That's when D-day began in my life.
The real story begins at this line. When I started my eighth grade, I felt like a topper in my class and was promoted to the merit batch with the additional qualification of the ICSE syllabus. I also started extra coaching in math, called tuition. That cold evening turned into an interesting evening.
I just saw a boy sitting in front of me. He started smiling and waving at me, but I noticed that he received a blank stare in return. He seemed very innocent. He then tried to start a conversation with me, mentioning that we were classmates back in primary school. This boy's name is Aayansh, and he seemed eager to speak with me. He has an average personality, but a bright face with smooth hair. As the days passed, we continued to glance at each other. Then, one day, he came up to me and asked, "Are you Samanvitha?"
I just gave clarity that I am your classmate in our vintage, and we started introducing ourselves. However, I have an arrogant and rude personality with a stony heart. I couldn't even melt for his words and said nothing. All these traits made him understand in just one day, in one particular incident. The tuition teacher told me that she will give us math tests. He didn't know the solution to the problem in the test and he tried to appeal to me for help, but I just told him that I don't want to help him in the test.
The third person entered our lives.
After a few routine days, our mutual friend Joly, who has a crush on Aayansh, entered our lives. One day, I found out that she was interested in Aayansh and did a Flames game with both of their names. After the game, I realized that I had feelings for him and started thinking about Aayansh. Joly's entrance into our lives made me aware of my feelings for Aayansh. My interest in him started to bother me and she would disturb me all the time. But Aayansh likes my personality and everything about me... I didn't know that.
One day, Aayansh asked me if I preferred direct or indirect proposals, and I said I liked direct ones. He then said, "Okay, then I love you." I was stunned by those words."
"He also gave me some advice. He said that if I love him or accept him, I should wear a green dress and hint to reveal the answer yes or no. I told him that I just wanted some time to answer his question. In my experience, when a girl says she wants some time to answer, it usually means she is interested in saying yes.
After one week, while he was going home, my dad came to pick me up from tuition. At that time, I said yes to him for the first time. I think I saw and experienced the feeling of love. As the days passed, we were about to enter the ninth standard. Our previous eight class results came, and suddenly, I disappeared from the tuition. He started searching for me many times until I was found..."
