The destiny

The temple held a special significance for both of us. Every time we parted ways, we always found each other there. One auspicious evening, I went to the temple to worship. As I sat there, I heard his voice and felt his presence. He approached me with a cunning expression, which made me realize the mistakes I had made. I decided to look for him on social media to see if he was active. It turned out that he was very active, so I liked one of his pictures. After being apart for 2 to 3 years, we finally reconnected on social media and started messaging each other.

Our love journey

After the day we started messaging each other, he asked if I loved him. I blocked his account because my parents were strict and wouldn't accept our relationship. Despite this, he wanted to stay in touch and eventually, I agreed to be friends. Our friendship blossomed into love and he supported and encouraged me. He assured me that we would fight for our love and not give up on each other. His words made me fall for him all over again.

The coronavirus days marked the beginning of our journey, and we found it very challenging to meet. After the pandemic ended, we started our graduation in different colleges, which was disappointing. However, we adapted by using our smartphones to maintain our relationships. He supported me a lot to ensure that I didn't lose focus on my studies.

These three years were like golden days for me, and I enjoyed spending time with him after college. Even though I skipped classes, my friends managed my attendance. He became part of our friend group, and due to a lack of privacy and time to spend together, I spent most of my free time at my friend's house. One day, I invited all my friends, including Aayansh, to my house while my parents were out of town. I showed Aayansh around my house, and when I finally showed him my bedroom, he complimented it and we sat together.

While we were talking, he touched my hand, and for the first time, I felt a man's touch, which sent shivers down my spine. I couldn't find the words to describe how I felt. I felt my fingers become cold and my legs start to shake. I got goosebumps When he moved closer and asked for a kiss, I refused multiple times. Eventually, I agreed to a hug but not a kiss because that hug felt special to me, and I felt a strong connection with him. I started thinking about whether what I felt was real and if we could have a healthy relationship. I pondered if he was husband material. After our peaceful hug, we tried to normalize things around us.

We started chatting late at night and having video calls, and we grew closer as time went on. We shared personal details and even had conversations of a more intimate nature. We both were studying computer-related topics, and Ayansh explained math problems to me over the phone during our college years.

I got selected for two companies during placement season, while he got selected for one. We supported each other academically throughout college, but I always felt like we couldn't meet when we wanted to. In our third year of college, we went on many trips and had a great time together.

The struggles of life have begun.

My family introduced a stranger, who is a relative, to me, disrupting my happiness.
