Imagine you are Harry Potter's sister and had planned on destroying the Horcruxes with him, only for everything to change when Death Eaters show up at Fleur and Bill's wedding.

********

This is not what you had agreed to. You had promised to stick together, if not all four of you, then at least you and your brother. You had been through all the trials together, even if you weren't considered the "chosen" one, but that didn't mean you would let your twin face the challenged road ahead on his own. No, you were going to finish this together. But as soon as the attacks happened at the reception, all hell broke loose. All you could remember was Kingsley's Patronus arriving, announcing that the ministry had fallen. You had been across the tent, talking with Luna, when it happened. As soon as the Death Eaters arrived, everyone began scrambling and apparating out. You tried to find the others in the chaos, but before you could make your way to where you last saw them, you felt someone grab your arm. Looking up, you found Fred pulling you alongside him.

"We need to get you out of here," he said in a rush as we pushed through the crowd.

You pulled on his arm slightly, gaining his attention, "But Harry and the others. I'm supposed to..."

"There's no time," he interrupted.

Before you knew it, he grabbed you by the waist, holding you close to him as he apparated you away. Once you got your bearings, you looked around, realizing that you were in Fred and George's flat above their shop. A moment later, there was a noise. Fred quickly pushed you behind him, his wand drawn, only to sigh in relief when he realized that it was George with Ginny.

"Blimey, it's just us!" George exclaimed.

Fred nodded towards the door. "We need to set the wards." George nodded in agreement as they both ran throughout the flat, setting up wards around the perimeter.

You found yourself awkwardly standing in the middle of their sitting room, unsure of what to do. Ginny made her way over to you, gently putting a hand on your arm.

"Are you alright?" she asked softly.

You looked towards her, seeing the slight panic and fear in her eyes. "I'm not really sure," you responded. "Everything has gone wrong. I'm not supposed to be here. I was supposed to go with Harry and the others."

There was a clearing of a throat, turning your attention away from Ginny and towards the doorway. Fred and George stood there, looking slightly apprehensive. "About that..." Fred began. Before he could finish his thoughts, George pushed past his twin and wrapped an arm around Ginny.

"We've got a room set up for you. How about we go get you settled in?" As George and Ginny walked by, George patted his brother on the shoulder before leaving the room.

Fred looked nervous, something you don't think you've ever seen him be. You stepped towards him, trying to plead your case to him. "Fred. I have to find Harry and the others. He needs my help! We promised..."

"This was Harry's plan," Fred interjected quietly.

You furrowed your brows at him. You could feel your heart speed up with anxiety as the words sunk in. "What do you mean?" Fred fidgeted slightly under your gaze, gulping as he tried to figure out how to say what he needed to say. "Fred Gideon Weasley, what do you mean this was Harry's plan?" You asked sternly.

Fred took a breath and slowly made his way towards you, his hands up in surrender. "Harry contacted George and I before we helped you two escape your Aunt and Uncle's house. He knew you were going to go with him on finding the other Horcruxes but he was worried that if something were to happen, and you were both caught, then the likelihood of defeating you know who would become impossible. Besides, its Harry that they want. He thought this way, you would be safe, and George and I can keep you hidden."
