Page #1 title: A DAY BEFORE THE EVENING.
After a week, James noticed a change in Connor's behavior towards Sofia. Concerned, he approached Connor in their dorm.
"Connor, Are you okay?" James asked.
"Yes, why?" Connor replied.
James smiled. " I thought you didn't like Sofia."
"I don't," Connor said.
"Then why has your behavior towards her changed so much compared to other fellow girls and juniors?"
"Ms. Marina wants me to be nice to her."
"Ah, Ms. Marina," James said knowingly. He whispered, "Connor, you're making me worried."
Connor responded, with a giggle smile on his face he throw a pillow on James and said "Don't you need to practice your piano for the anniversary? Go on."
James laughed. "Alright, alright. I'm going."
On the way to the music room, James saw Aria. He was about to say hello when he noticed another guy approaching her first. Watching from afar, James saw the guy say.
"Hey Aria."
"Hello, yes?" Aria replied.
"I have something to confess," the guy said.
"Go ahead," Aria prompted.
"I want you to be my piano partner and my girlfriend. Since I first saw you, I've always liked you," he confessed.
Aria responded, "I'm sorry, but I have to go practice. I'm very busy with my studies and can't afford a relationship." She then walked gently towards the music room.
Page #2 title: SHE WOULD NEVER KNOW
Aria was alone in the music room, practicing her piano in the dim light, with soft sunlight highlighting her hands on the keys. She was lost in the melody when she heard footsteps approaching. They stopped behind her bench, and someone sat gently, his legs around her. The person leaned in slightly, and his hands softly touched her fingers on the piano.
Startled, Aria's heart raced. She tried to speak, attempting to sound strong despite her fear. Without looking back, she stood up and said in a trembling voice, "who are you?"
He whispered, "Aria."
She turned around and saw his hands on the wall behind the piano, blocking her way. He gently placed his glasses on the table and looked up, his eyes meeting hers.
"I've always loved you since childhood," he said in deep, tender voice. "And you don't know about it,
"Do you?"Aria spoke up in a scared voice, "James, what are you talking about?"
With a gentle touch, he slowly wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her closer as his eyes locked with hers. "You don't know about it, "Huh?" He asked softly, his voice filled with longing.
Her heart racing, he gently smiled at her, and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "Hmm?" He murmured.
In a trembling voice, she replied, "No, I never knew about it."
"But now you know," he said, his voice tender. "I hated seeing you with that guy, hearing him confess to you. I got jealous. Yes, I'm very jealous right now, Aria."
Her heart raced even faster, feeling both shy and scared. Without a word, she ran to her dorm, unsure of what to do next.
