I threw on one of my oversized sweatshirts over the sports bra and athletic shorts I had been wearing when I had gone to the gym with Hudson and Benny today while Everett and Daisy ran errands and filmed for their channels.

I slip on a pair of tennis shoes and grab my keys, walking out and to my car. When I get inside, I immediately turn on Taylor Swift and start heading for Carver. The sound of You Belong with me fills my car and all I can think about was Hudson and Benny's performance at the Nest a couple nights ago and I couldn't help but smile and begin singing along with it.

I get to Carver Hawkeye Arena rather quickly as it's not too far from where we live. Once I park, I shoot Kate a text letting her know that I was there. Then, I wait.

While I wait, I open the kindle app on my phone, continuing a book I started a couple days ago. I push my chair back a bit and bring my legs up to my chest, making myself comfortable for the time being.

I figured practice was nearly out when she texted me, but Bluder and Jan can talk to the girls for hours about literally anything under the sun. We never know when they'll be out.

Leaning my head against the window, I resist the urge to close my eyes for a bit. Working out this morning really beat me up since I don't do it too often and now I'm tired.

A knock comes from my passenger side window, making me jump and look to my right. Kate is standing there, her hair in a messy ponytail. I feel a smile fill my face as Kate motions towards the door handle, "Unlock the door!"

I unlock it for her and she opens it quickly. She places her bag on the floor board, slipping inside my car. "Thank you," she says. "Kylie drove me, but she had some errands to run."

"I'll always drive you around if you need it, You'll be my passenger princess." I say with a smirk on my face and Kate rolls her eyes playfully before buckling her seat belt.

She smiles. "To Java House we go!" she says as I remember her offering to buy us coffee.

I nod with a grin, pulling out of the Carver parking lot.
