Back at the precinct, Reed and Santiago found themselves facing a new set of challenges. The encounter with Mayor Donovan and Vincent D'Angelo had left them shaken, their nerves frayed as they grappled with the implications of their confrontation.

As they gathered in Reed's office, the tension in the air was palpable. Emma looked between them, her expression grave. "That was too close," she said, her voice tight with concern. "We can't afford any more slip-ups."

Reed nodded, his mind racing with possibilities. "We need to keep pushing forward," he said, his tone determined. "We're onto something big, and we can't let anything—or anyone—stand in our way."

Emma sighed, running a hand through her hair. "So what's our next move?"
