So long my sister from another mister

Having someone with me twenty four seven will be very challenging since all my life I have been freely alone me just to have someone in my back will be very and I mean very annoying.
I crawled to bed that night and tried to sleep but sleep was the last thing I was thinking of.
My life just made a 360 turn and now I'm freaking out, I'm living with a Russian gang and I don't know what to do, why am I hear..... I needed some fresh air, gosh I was sweating like a pig.
I reluctantly got up and wore my matching grey sweatpants and hoodie.
I headed to the kitchen and drank a glass of water before getting out of thus house and taking a walk.
It was a cold night and nobody was out at this time and the only sound I could hear was my own footsteps.
As I walked by a couple of blocks I realized that this was a rich town and each house was bigger than the other, this place was completely different than my childhood neighborhood.
My mom and I lived in a small house with two bedrooms and a bathroom, there was not much space but it was enough for both of us. It was then when I got a scholarship did I move out and lived in a dorm with my best friend Dane, uni was great and she was the best roommate ever and I would do anything to go back and sleep on my own bed.
Now that I walked out of this rich neighborhood I ended up in town and there were a lot of taxis by the curb and I decided to hail a cab.

"Where to miss?"
an hour later I found my self in front of my dorm room just starring at the door.
Next thing I knew I knocked hard and that's when I heard Danes sleepy voice, and I started to back away as I tried to leave I heard the door open "where the hell have you been"
"I uhh.... I'm" I scratched the back of my head trying to figure out what to say
And all I could see in this darkness was her curly orange hair messed up and I laughed.
"You make it sound like you haven't seen me in weeks"
"Well what do you expect, I mean you just vanished and you never texted or answer any of my phone calls I thought you were dead for gods sake" she put her hand on her heart acting scared
"Calm down I wash out of town for a day or two"
"Why"
"I had stuff "
"What stuff"
" why do you need to know" I said with both my eyebrows up
"Am I not your best friend and shouldn't I know what your sneaky ass is up to all the time" she said with both her arms crossed
"Is this a trick question?"
"Lia!!"
"Okay okay fine I'll tell you just let me in!!" I said in a whispered shout, while looking around.
We both entered our mini kitchen to make our selves some hot chocolate with M&M's just like old times, whenever we had to talk we would make ourselves a mug and sit together on the couch.
We sat on our small vintage blue couch and there was silence as I tried to think of what to say
"Speak"
"So how's life Dani"
"Good now how is yours"
"Well then let's get straight to the point" I said
"I'm listening"
"iamindangeranditsnotsafeheresoihavetoleave..."
"Whoa whoa, calm your tits what the hell do you mean"
"I'll let you in on this secret but you must promise that even if a guy put a knife to your throat you still won't tell this to a living soul... Got it"
"Yes okay sheesh you sound like someone is going to kill you or somethin"
She joked
"Well....." I said
Her face went pale after the realization hit her.
"What the fuck are you up to lia!!!"
" Ok so my father is one of the biggest Russian mafias in town and this other gang wants revenge for something very ugly my dad did, and in order to do that they made some research and found out that he had a child, so basically they barged in my house and killed my mother by a couple of bullets and she was laying there cold blooded on the couch."
As I said those words I felt warm tears fall down my face as the memories came back.
I was grieving on my own mothers death and the look that was on Danes face was full of pitty and I didn't want to see it, not one bit so I got up to leave.
"Wait where are you going?"
"Back to my dads"
"Why would you go there"
"Because... Now that this gang killed my mom, they are after me and he as being the leader of the biggest mafia will protect me, Dani I got nowhere else to go, and I just came here to make things clear that I won't come back until this is over"
I sighed as I gave her a goodbye hug.
She didn't say anything else from shock I think and hugged me tighter
"See ya later I guess" i said while scratching the back of my head
"Yeah see you later"
I got out and walked down the street, I hugged myself in this time of night as the weather was too cold for my liking.
And that's when out of nowhere I was pulled in an alley and drugged with a cloth to my face.
