Shadow POV

I was at the hotel for the final mission as a G.U.N Agent, I was task to track down the enemy to finally finish this mission,
and I was hiding behind these walls, holding up my gun and leaning against the wall.

*Tap tap tap...

I heard someone walking near and thought it was the target, so I quickly stoped in front, blocking the entrance with my gun pointing at them. I was surprised to see a blue hedgehog who is as beautiful as the morning sky "*Gasp!" he flinch from the sudden surprise.

He was confused at first, but when he saw my gun, he steps back away from me "w-why do you have a gun!?" he shocking said looking at me with fear in his eyes "wait! I'm not going hurt you" I said reaching out out to him.

He was breathing heavily with mixed up emotions, "w-who are you?" he ask curiously "I'm the security... please evacuated immediately, we are dealing a serious crime here and you have to go, now." I said pointing at the elevator escorting him.

Eventually; the mission is finally over and all of us successfully captured the hotel owner, if we didn't capture him, the mastermind will kill him than putting the him at prison island.

And by capturing him, he chose to leave his hotel money to fall back where it belongs.

The next day came.
I entered a small cafe and saw the blue hedgehog again, sitting at the corner with his hands typing on his laptop and stops to gaze outside the window.

My eyes gaze at him for a bit while walking at the cashier, I turn my head trying to ignore him, but my eyes couldn't resist.
And thought I wasn't sure if he noticed me since he already knew me as "the security".

I take my receipt and walk past past him to another table, but he suddenly noticed me and called out "hey, wait!", I stopped for a second and turn my head to meet see his eyes.

"Yes?" I acted like I've see him for the first time "I just... I just wanted to thank you, for letting me know to evacuate everyone from the building. I wasn't actually sure what your intentions are, but when I saw the news, I'm very thankful for your hard work and for keeping those bad guys away from us" he said thanking me with soft smile.

I was brighten up by his greatful acts towards me "I'm... glad to hear that" I said giving him a calm gesture.

"Expresso for... Shadow the Hedgehog?" I noticed the waiter calls out my name with my expresso, I was about to head to the cashier but "Shadow..." I hear him repeat my name, so I turn around and thought he called me "..yes?"

He was surprised I notice his faint voice "Oh! it's nothing... " he said nervously looks away blushing with his thumbs twiddling, looking at him made me realize something that I wasn't sure of.

'does he admire me?'

I'm not sure, but It looks like he has more inside of his mind that he couldn't express to me. "Alright " I received my expresso and my eyes looks behind at him, I sigh, so I go back and he notices me stopping In front of his table.
