𝐓he hallway was charged with tension, all eyes locked on two figures— a lone person sprawled on the ground, bruised and struggling, while the other stood tall, exuding an eerie beauty.

a girl with snow-white hair leaned over, her icy strands casting shadows across her face.

at 5'10, she towered above, her presence both commanding and chilling.

straightening, she cracked her neck, her smirk wicked yet mesmerizing.

with one last kick, she laughed— a sound as sweet as it was unsettling.

she turned to her partner, who met her with a high-five.

his light brown hair framed his face, his eyes carrying an intensity that seemed timeless.

a girl with short black hair tossed a volleyball to her, and she caught it with ease.

just as she raised her foot to strike the fallen figure again, a sharp voice cut through the air, stopping her cold.

her fists clenched as she registered the name called from behind.

"elysia…”

a ripple of shock spread through the students around her.

jimin, standing nearby, felt the sudden drop in temperature, his skin prickling with the icy tension.

the girl with crystal-blue eyes turned, her gaze hardening as she took in the sight of her sister.

her eyes narrowed, cutting through the space between them with unmistakable disdain.

with a swift back-kick, she struck the downed figure one last time, her expression twisted with distaste.

scoffing, she moved forward, brushing past the group as though they were invisible.

her voice, cold and biting, echoed in the hallway.

"freaking demon."

her words lingered in the air as her blue eyes briefly met her sister's.

then, with a flick of her bangs, she turned and walked away, disappearing down the hallway.

jimin, who’d caught the venom in her voice, blinked, left processing the brief yet charged encounter.

slowly, the gathered crowd began to disperse, leaving only a handful of students and the siblings in the now-muted hallway.

a girl with (e/c) eyes watched elysia's retreating figure before heading off with a friend.

one student nearby let out a sigh, catching the attention of the kim siblings.

“you guys are new here, right?” he asked, scanning their faces.

they nodded.

the boy continued, a knowing look in his eyes.

“the girl with short white hair is y/n, park y/n. and the taller one, with the longer hair… that’s park elysia. they’re sisters, but they don’t get along— at all.”

the kims listened closely, curiosity etched on their faces.

“even though they’re sisters, it’s no secret they hate each other. elysia…she’s no bully, despite what you might think,” he explained, a faint blush coloring his cheeks as he mentioned her.

“there’s even a rumor she despises y/n so much she calls her a ‘demon.’”

his gaze drifted to where elysia had vanished down the corridor.

“why are you telling us this?” taehyung asked, raising an eyebrow.

the boy offered a small, mysterious smile.

“because you’re new. and trust me, you don’t want to get on elysia’s bad side. she’s got a temper and knows how to make her feelings clear. she hates almost everything.”

intrigued, lisa leaned in. “how do you know all of this?”

the boy’s expression softened. “because i’m a nova.”

the siblings exchanged puzzled glances.

chuckling at their confusion, he explained,

“nova is the name we use for fans of elysia’s group. they’re called ‘eclipse.’”

“a fandom name? what, are they a k-pop group?” jungkook laughed, only to get a light slap from lisa on his shoulder.

the boy shook his head, smiling.

“not idols, but close. eclipse is practically a phenomenon here. over half the school, and even some at the university, adore them. each member is like a celebrity in their own right. they’ve got the visuals, the talent…they’re the pride of this place.”

the kims absorbed the information, their expressions a mix of fascination and skepticism.

just then, the school bell rang, breaking their focus. the boy gave them a final, friendly smile.

“just a word of advice— keep your distance. elysia’s reputation isn’t just for show.”

with that, he turned and disappeared into his class, leaving the siblings exchanging thoughtful looks.

wordlessly, they merged into the flow of students, each turning over the mysterious encounter with the park sisters in their minds.

as they walked, their curiosity grew.

about elysia, y/n, and the tangled web of secrets that bound them together.

about their soon-to-be stepsisters.
