The bell rang, its shrill sound reverberating through the halls, snapping Chae-young’s attention toward her siblings seated diagonally across the classroom.

They exchanged a silent glance— a well-rehearsed look that only siblings understood— nodding as they began packing up their bags.

It was the last class before lunch, and they all knew where they were headed.

The cafeteria was their destination, and they navigated the maze-like hallways, clutching a map they’d received from the school principal earlier that morning.

As they reached the cafeteria doors and stepped inside, they were struck by an unexpected calm.

Instead of the bustling, chaotic atmosphere they’d expected, there was an unusual hush, as if everyone inside had paused mid-sentence.

The air felt thick, almost charged, and they exchanged wary glances.

Chae-young quickly scanned the cafeteria, her gaze searching for familiar faces.

Her eyes soon settled on two figures seated at a table in the far corner.

The duo, exuding a quiet confidence, sat with an almost regal ease, completely at home in the cafeteria’s dim light.

Relieved, Chae-young gestured for her siblings to follow, and they wove their way through the tables until they reached their siblings, sinking into their seats with a collective sigh.

As they settled, a palpable sense of relief washed over them, yet there was an underlying feeling of tension, an odd sensation that they couldn’t quite place.

The older twin at the table, catching Chae-young’s eye, shared a knowing look.

His lips curled slightly, and with a curious tilt of his head, he asked,

“So, what’s up?”

Before Chae-young could respond, her younger brother, Jimin, let out an exaggerated groan, slumping into his seat with a pout.

“Ugh, that class was so boring!” he declared, earning sympathetic nods from his siblings.

Another voice joined in, laced with disappointment.

“It was such a drag without the Parks around,” he muttered, shaking his head.

“Honestly, no spark without them.”

The elder siblings shared an amused glance, and Namjoon leaned forward, a glimmer of intrigue in his eyes.

“Speaking of spark,” he began, his voice low, “we found something… interesting.”

The younger siblings perked up instantly, their expressions alive with curiosity.

But before Namjoon could elaborate, a sudden burst of energy from the twins on either side of him stole the spotlight.
