The score was now...
U-20 3 - 3 Blue Lock
As Barou made a goal which made the score tie. He ripped his shirt off as a celebration. Cheers from the crowds echoed.
" Th- Thanks to that super sliding shot from Blue Lock's trump card, Blue Lock has tied the score!" The commentator's voice amplified from the arena's speakers.
Blue Lock players all ran over to Barou cheering. Jumping on him as celebration.
'This game is surely going to end good with Blue Lock, can't say the same for The U-20 Team'
Though in the end Barou earned a yellow card for taking his shirt off.
'Oh my... How I would kill to redo that block that I did earlier'
"Mystery girl, just because you blocked that goal shot doesn't mean that your time in the field has come to an end. I know that you are able to do better." Shidou walked over to me, but stared out in front of him not paying attention to me.
"Who said I was done in the field? I haven't even made a goal yet." I said back to him as I crossed my arms. "Alright let's get to our spots." I laid my arms back by my sides and walked over to my spot.
"Yes, ma'am." Shidou muttered out, licking his lips as he followed close behind me
"Don't call me that, weirdo. And stop doing that."
The game now restarted with Itoshi running with the ball. He lunged forward and gave a swift motion to pass Nagi, now making it to Isagi. I ran to the left side of Blue Lock's half trying to make a plan on how I can assist or make a goal if my own.
As Itoshi made his way closer to Isagi I heard him mumble , "I'm raising the game level only the idiots to can keep up will get to see what comes next."
'He's being more direct now. He has changed his soccer style in a matter of minutes'
Itoshi in an instant made his way around Isagi. He kept the same momentum as he continued passing the Blue Lock players. First he passed Barou and Karasu, which he made it look simple. Then he passed his younger brother, Rin as he tried to slide tackle(?) him but he jumped up kicking the ball up with him in control. He fell back to he floor and continued advancing up field.
'This jerk is going to make a goal I can feel it'
He was then briefly stopped by Yukimiya but dodged him with ease. He kept doing the same with other players that would get in his way. He was met up with Aryu trying to block him.
'He can easily shoot a goal but it can be deflected so the most common thing to do in this situation is to try and pass to a teammate. That teammate can either be Shidou or...me'
I was in the far right corner of Blue Lock's half, but I could easily cut in and get the ball from Itoshi if he were to pass it to me. I saw Shidou pushing is way to a more opened spot on the field where he can easily receive the ball from Itoshi. Itoshi kicked the ball obviously aiming for Shidou. In which he jumped up in the air and got ready to kick the ball in mid air. That was when another figure came into the picture. It was Rin. He moved the ball and what was kicked by Shidou was Rin's face.
'It is going to take a whole century for this game to finish. I'm already so tired'

The game had finally finished with about an over time of 1 minute. The final goal being shot by non other than Yoichi Isagi.
'Damn next time, I guess' (Y/ N) thought as she sat down huffing.
"The only...The only one left in the goal box, #11...Yoichi Isagi, unleashed a withering direct shot," The commentator started off by saying and continued, "to score a winning goal from Blur Lock, and just now the game-ending whistle has sounded! With a score of 4 - 3...the Blue Lock eleven have won!"
The eleven players from Blue Lock on the field all cheered and some just smiled from afar. All players on the U-20 team looked devastated or tired from the game they had just played.
"Hey, prodigy. Why didn't you just pass it to the front line right away?" Shidou looked at Itoshi, who just glanced at him from the side. "We wouldn't have lost if you had."
"There was only one minute..and we would've run out of time just passing it around. Going through the others was a bad move." Itoshi then glanced at a person behind Shidou on the ground. "Then again the best portion I saw was to pass it to you, but Rin showed up before you reached the goal box. That is all."
"You are not telling the whole truth... there was someone else. Why didn't you pass it to them." Shidou asked. "Either way, you basically screwed up by getting stopped by your little brother. That means it counts as a goal for me. I got three points! Now that means your have to give me your contact information!"
"Hmph. Wait till I have showered." Itoshi walked off in deep thought of why he didn't pass it to that opened person...(Y/N).

(Y/N) POV
I saw Itoshi and Shidou talking for a short period until Itoshi walked off somewhere.
'Alright enough of this, i'm going to start to cramp if I don't get up'
I got up and saw Igarashi pulling Isagi to a group of interviewers. I walked over and was interested on what he was going to say.
"We saw you have a chance at becoming a U-20 representative today, what are you looking forward to next?" An interviewer asked Isagi. He looked like if he was in deep thought trying to get out the right words.
"Win.."Isagi said in a whisper.
"Hug?" the interviewer looked at Isagi confused.
"Blue Lock is going to win the U-20 world cup." He finally said.
'Damn he really is thinking of going to the end'
"All of us..no...that's not it...I'm going to bring Japan a U-20 world cup victory." Isagi continued with determination in his eyes.
'What big dreams..'

I SWEAR THAT I AM NOT FORGETTING ABOUT THIS BOOK. I was slightly busy last week bc of culmination practice but now i am in summer break so I might post more. BUTTTT i will also be attending a summer school for the new school I am going to attend, next week. So i might lag a bit. The summer school is going to last about 5 weeks 😣. Sorry!
