Chapter 9: Nala Drama

Maggie's POV.

As soon as Xavier entered the room holding a girls hand all eyes turned on the new arrivals.

I'm Maggie and I'd like to consider myself as Xavier's elder sister, even though I know he doesn't acknowledge that thought but the kid needs some guidance once in a while.

Everyone gets up to greet the two Xavier gives brief nods to the guys while we, the girls stood in front of Xavier's girlfriend. I watched her curiously with a small smile before realising we must be making her feel pretty awkward since we were just staring at her.

"Ice cream girl" I turn to Xavier and he nods going behind her. His hand in circle her waist and I could swear I saw her tense but it was gone as fast as it came. I frowned slightly.

"This is my girlfriend. Tess these are my friends. I don't remember most of their names so introduce yourselves" Xavier says giving Tess a little nudge forward.

Xavier is not good with names but he sure does remember our names. We were together since kindergarten. All were our fates with each other were sealed as we coloured in cars in that little class.  The ten of us where destined to be together, for better or for worst. The tenth friend however is not here.

"Hi Tess. I'm Maggie. That's Nala, Babe and Ened" I introduce the girls to her and they waive their greeting, Babe even giving her a little bow. "That's my best friend Ryane, Nala's boyfriend Roman, Babes boyfriend Jacob and Ened's boyfriend Rowen" I introduce the guys and like the girls only then did they great. Jay just nodding his presence, well his not a chatter box anyway.

"Nice to meet you all" she says softly.

When word got out Xavier got bullied by a girl we couldn't believe it. It was almost too good to be true. Big bad killer Xavier having a little danty Cheerleader put him in his place. Totally unbelievable but then yesterday he announced in our friend group he was in a relationship it all suddenly made sence.

The girl is beautiful I won't lie. Delicate feature that makes a Alpha male like Xavier feel she needs protection. Almond eyes with big brown orbs. Her eyes hold innocence and naive.

Perfect body that wasn't too thick but not too thin either. Small waist, right rounded shoulders and a perfect shaped ass. Well I'm biasexual and wouldn't mind having a beauty like her but she was too delicate for my liking.

"Maggie you're starting at my girlfriend for way too long" Xavier says making me and Tess laugh. "Hi Princess. Like you heard. I'm the only single one in here" Ryane says taking Tess's hand and kissing the back of it making Tess giggle.  I roll my eyes, Xavier slaps his hand away.

"yeah, you are the only single one in here" Xavier says with a scowl. "Oh so I'm not anybody. Come on Tess, you'll seat next to me" I say grabbing her wrist gently and sitting her across from Xavier she giggles slightly but doesn't say much.

My mission is to make her feel comfortable around us. She's one of us now. We sat by the table over small conversation and Tess seemed more comfortable even though Xavier and her weren't interacting as much.

"So Tess. How did you manage to seduce Xavier" Nala suddenly asked making me sigh. Of course she was gonna start with her bratty attitude. "Excuse me" Tess asked with a shrimp hanging from her lips before slopping it into her mouth annoying Nala even more.

I smile slightly. I like her already!

"You heard me" Nala snarled. The girls nodded in agreement waiting for Tess to explain herself also curious. The heck is wrong with them. "Listen. Didn't it ever tick in your brain that maybe Xavier seduced her. I mean got interested first." I ask with a hiss looking at the girls in our group.
