***BABE'S POV***I know the girls don't like Nala but she's not a bad person. She's just misunderstood and needs love. Everyone needs love. She was the first person that talked me at school. I was sitting on a swing eating a cookie. She came up to me and asked if she could have some and I gave her.
The next day she saw me she introduced me to her friend group as her best friend and since then we've been best friends. Typical kid story but it'd true.
Walking in I see the guys doing their usual things and Nala sitting at the far back of the table alone. I know the guys must be pretty furious at her. And she looks lonely. Jay comes up to me and hugs me.
"Does it still hurt" he ask brushing my cheek. "Not anymore" I smile. He gives me a peak on my lips before holding my hand. "Come on. I'll take you home" he whispered. He doesn't talk much but somehow we understand each other perfectly.
"Now" he says. It wasn't a command or a question more like his way of trying to convince me. I step away from him with a smile going towards Nala. I kneel in front of her. I open the bottle and take a good amount of the jelly but she stops me. "What's that" she asks.
"It will help with the stinging" I say and she sniffs it before shaking her head. "I'm good. It might hurt my skin" she says pushing it away.
She has really sensitive skin and as a model her skin needs to be perfect."And we wouldn't want that would we" Rowan mocked. I turn to Roman who would usually defend Nala but he just dropped his gaze to the floor. I hope he doesn't loose hope in her. She's sweet and kind but doesn't know how to show it.
"Are you okay" I ask her. She looks away. "You're way to good for me Babe" she whispered. "You're only seeing that now" Ryane asked before him and Rowan shared a fist bump.
"What no. Your my best friend. We balance each other out" I tell her.
"That's all good but does she consider you her best friend" Roman asks. I look at Nala who hesitate looking down at her feet. I run to Jay and hug his waist. He brushes my hair as if telling me. "I've already told you this before".Jay also believes Nala isn't a good person and that she uses my kindness to her advantage and that she doesn't care about me like I said. She does she just doesn't know how to show it.
"You are my best friend Babe. Since kindergarden remember" Nala says and I move away from Jay who groans annoying. "Since kindergarden" I say bringing my hand with my bracelet forward. She rubs her wrist nervously. "I didn't wear it" she says making Ryane and Rowan laugh, in my suspense.
"It's okay. I know how it makes your wrist green" I say understanding. Like I said. She has sensitive skin but the others just didn't get it. I bring her in a hug and she pulls away almost immediately. Forgot she's not a hugger.
"Best friends huh. What Babes favourite colour, whos the person she loves the most and what's the thing she can't bare to loose and does she have any allergies" Roman asked and I smiled at Nala. Obviously she knows this. Right?
"Uh. Her favourite colour is pink and her favourite person is her mom. She can't bare to loose her friends and she has no allergies" Nala says proudly making me run to Jays arms once again. This time I could feel the smirk on his handsome face. His stupid 'im right' smirk.
"That's bullshit. It's all wrong" Ryane laughed amused making me press my face more against Jays chest.
It's not her fault if I'm being fair. She's really busy and we hadn't had enough times to speak much anymore.
"She has no favourite colour because she thinks each colour is needed for the balance of the universe. Her favourite person is Jay and she can't bare loosing that stupid friendship bracelet on her wrist that remainds her of us. She's allergic to Lilies which you have a whole garden full of and all types of nuts. Might I remind you that you brought her a wall nut cake for her birthday" Roman raged in one breath making me sigh.
