DESTINY TO BECOME

Ch 1: My sister is not for sale

Blood on the ground, lifeless bodies statter everywhere; hand touch the body as tear drop on it from his eyes. Footsteps move toward him, he turn around as his black pupils focus on group of men all cover up in black garment only their eyes are seen.

He breath in, move one steps away from the body, lift up his legs and run. The men ran after him; he jump into the brush full with trees; he look back making sure they don't reach him.

He run toward a building far away, reaching it, he look back again, the men are running with full speed. He has no option but to push his body into the room. It is dark at first but suddenly a red light shine on him; his eyes caught a box in front of him on the wall. It open, his eyes widened to see a sword.

"The sword is yours, take it" a voice echo in the room.

He walk to the sword and pull it out from its scabbard, immediately his eyes turn red. He move out of the room, the men are waiting; as they saw him and paused then walk backwards but some run toward him.

He also run to them, killing them without mercy, all their bodies were lying lifeless; the others bowed their head to the ground.

A little boy walk to him, he bend down, used his hand to clean the blood off his face, "this is the beginning of your journey to destiny" the boy said.

He open his eyes, look around then held his chest, "what a weird dream" he stand up, walk out of his room, stretch his body and yawn lazily, "am so hungry, Tara get me my food"

He sit on the bench in front of a table, breeze brow his black hair, he turn around asp dodge the sword coming his way.

Someone dress in purple, the face is cover. He glance down to top, "you must be a lady, your figure prove it"

She jump toward him, quickly a long stick fly onto his hand, to hit the sword off hand but cut into two.

He stand up,"who are you?" Her eyes is so fierce, "go away I don't fight with girls"

As she want to give him another hit, sword fly from nowhere and tear down the veil.

He raise up his face to see blue gown, black shoes walk into the scene, the black long hair fly to her face, she push it backward then he smile as the lady walk to him, "are you okay Dhruv?"

"Am fine Tara" he replied with a smile.

Tara walk to the woman,"cat, I know you'll come after my brother"

"I love this side of you, always fierce when protecting him"

"Am fierce to people like you, I will always protect my brother, tell this to your boss"

"Get ready for thunder" she said leaving the compound.

"Thank you, came just in time" before he know it, she drag his ear, he yelled, "it hurts"

Tara release her hand,"you never listen and now big boss want your head. Don't borrow money from them, I keep on telling you"

"I have no option, everyone refuse to lend me some money, aunt Kathy is against my decision, you know it"

"What about Master?"

"out of Tasara city"

Tara sit down on the bench, "what should we do now?"

Tara stand up,"come with me"

"Where are we going?"

"Don't you want to pay the debt"

"I want but.."

"Don't but, let go"

Dhruv follow his sister without asking more questions. They both stop at the front of a building, she pull out a bag of coins, "pay them"

"This is your savings"

Tara place it on his palm,"I save this money
for you."

Dhruv look at the bag of coins then at his sister, "thank you" he said. Tara smile as he enter the compound.

Two huge men stop him,"Take me to your boss, am here with the money"

They both look at each other and nods. The first man search him, "clear" he said while the second man walk him into a room.

Women surround him, "big boss, he is here with the money"

"I will call you later" he said as they all leave the room.

Dhruv drop the bag on the floor, one of his men pick it up, open it then hand the bag to the boss.

He open it and pour the coins from the bag, "good, your debt is clear but.."

Dhruv raise up his head, "I want your sister"

Dhruv chuckled,"I know it, my sister was your plan. You can have her"

The boss smile, Dhruv smirk, "on one condition"

"What condition?"

Dhruv walk to him, one of his men block his way, he glance at the man then he give way through the big boss signal.

Dhruv stop one inch away from him,"give me your..." Before anyone could take any action a slap landed on his face, "my sister is not for sale"

The door push open as soldiers surround him. Another slap landed on his face by Tara "disgusting man, take him away" he was drag out together with his men.

Dhruv came out to see so many girls, "they're..?"

"This girls, their parents sacrifice them for not able to paid debts. He kept them in here for years"

Young girls in their teenage age, the least is twelve years old. The girls fall on their knees, "thank you for saving us"

"Stand up all of you. Call me Tara, go home, you're now free"

The girls stand up with smile on their lips. "There is a river close by, watch yourself and put on this dresses. I made them myself"

"Thank you" they said again and take the clothes.

"How do you find out?"

"Through me" someone yell out as Dhruv and Tara turn to see someone walking toward them, her black short hair complement her face,"I gave her the information"

"Nina, you're here"

"Dhruv you're not supposed to be here. Today is your competition. Master Desmond is waiting for you"

Dhruv didn't wait for Nina to finish her sentence, he run off.

Tara slap her forehead, "I totally forgot but he can fight on an empty stomach."

"Master Desmond prepare a meal for him"

"If anutie Kathy find out she will be mad"

She feel something holding her hand, she look down then smile. "Sister Tara , you forgot your money"

Tara look at the bag, she bend to his lever,"thank you and it has become yours now. Used it to buy new clothes and take care of your mother"

"Thank you sister Tara" he said and run off.

"right now you're behaving like our princess"

"Princess!! Never, am me"

"Don't take it serious, I mean princess Tara"

"Really you can't be serious that's impossible, my family don't have a royal blood"
