Ch 4: Dhruv Marshall

Outside is crowded with the people of Tasara city, ministers sit on the seat According to their position. Market were close in order to participate in the finals. Other formal contestants come too to watch. Soliders were welcome.

The king, the queen and their beautiful daughter were seated to experience this wonderful fight.

Dhruv is face to face with Tess. Holding his long red stick while two edge sword in both hands of his opponent. Eyes face each other, stand still, gaze get fiercer and fiercer as the drum was hit. Dhruv and Tess raise up their weapon toward each other.

Tess both sword are hitting the air because Dhruv Keep on dodging all his attack. Dhruv stick hit his opponent legs and hands.

Dhruv smile, he is enjoying hitting his stick on Tess. The universe is with me, you can't defeat me.

Tess eyes turn dark as his left sword injury Dhruv arm. Tara and Kathy stand up same time, their face full of worry. Master Desmond tap his sister, "don't worry, he will be okay" Tara sit down.

Kathy walk out while Tara follow, "auntie, auntie" she called and she stop.

"Thank you for coming"

"Don't thank me, I never support this, look he is injury"

"Aunt he will be fine, don't worry too much. Let watch to the end. Tara drag Kathy back there.

Tess right sword tear Dhruv left leg. He look down then smile but suddenly an arrow fly toward him immediately his hand catch it. His gaze move to a man up on the tower, he smirk then throw the arrow back and  it hit his chest and fall to the ground.

Everyone stand up cheering for him, "he is amazing such a young age with an powerful talent"

The king stand up to speak, everywhere is silence, "what is your name?"

"Dhruv" he said.

"You don't have to complete the fight, what you did here qualify you to be the member of destiny sword"

Everyone clap their hands, Tess is looking lost, "your majesty, the fight is not over, we don't know the winner"

Other minister agree to minister of finance suggestions.

"Minister Dater, this contestant Dhruv just defeated your son by killing the one trying to destroy this competition" all the minister were surprise at the king action, this is the first time he disagree with Minister Dater.

Minister Dater slowly sit down, Tess walk out of the scene. "Come forward"

Dhruv move closer to the king, "congratulations on your win"

"Thank you, your Majesty"

Nina stand up and leave the scene, Tara watch her best friend then follow behind.

Nina place her body on the wall, Tara approach her, "what's wrong, you look pale"

"Nothing is wrong, just that..."

"I know"

"You know, how?"

"I follow you last night and changed the tea"

"I feel bad, I almost destroy Dhruv dream"

Tara place her hand on Nina shoulder, "it okay, you were trying to help"

"My helping almost destroy him"

"Don't feel bad, cheer up for him"

Nina nods, "thank you for saving Dhruv"

"Am always here for him. Let go"

The two best friends follow each other back to their seats.

Dhruv is still standing in front of the king, something was brought in front of him. It look like a sword.

"On the power invested on me, I their by make Dhruv Marshall, student of Desmond, the member of Destiny sword" the king extend his hand to Dhruv, he took it, pull the sword from the scabbard, "I Dhruv Marshall, we never disappoint you for choosing me" then bowed his head.

Everyone clap their hands to welcome Dhruv but immediately men dress in black jump into the palace making the people run for their life, palace guards surround the royal family, ministers hid behind their seat but Dhruv stand still to protect the king.

Nina drag Tara, "let go, its dangerous"

"Am not going without Dhruv"

Nina sign, "okay, am staying with you"

The men in black all line up as a middle aged man step forward, "long time no see, your Majesty. Are you surprised to see me, old friend!"

"You're not welcome here"

"This is my home, this is my kingdom,  you don't have the right.."

"How dare you talk to my king like that" Dhruv snap out.

The leader glance at him, "who are you?"

"The one that will kick you out of here"

The leader laugh, "you're too small to challenge me, don't interfere in friends matter"

Dhruv chuckled, "friends, I don't think so, you're our enemy" pointing his sword at him.

"Albert tell this boy who am I?"

"You're our enemy"

The leader fold his hand together as his gaze darker, giving signal for his men to attack.

The Queen and the princess were drag away by three palace guard while the king is been guarded by Destiny sword.

Dhruv move closer as his eyes blink red, Tara saw it then stand up but Nina pull her down, "do you want to die"

Dhruv spin his sword and throw it toward the men, it cut ten men at once. The leader gaze focus on his men on the ground and give signal for them to stop.

"What's the name of your sword"

"The name is best, better than your sword and you."

"What is your name again"

"Dhruv Marshall. The one that will destroy you"

"Be careful am warming you"

"Tell that to yourself"

The leader and his men walk out of the palace.

The king walk to Dhruv and fall on his knees, everyone do same. Dhruv is confuse, "your Majesty stand up this is not right"

The king stand up as other do same, "you're the right person, be their leader"

"Eh! Am too young, your Majesty" he look at the men dress in red and white garment, "choose someone experience among them"

"You're the one" someone said as he turn to see a lady dress in white carrying a stick, everyone bow down to her.
