Next day virat came with the breakfast and then they started the discharge procedure and by the afternoon end they came back home with dada. They settled him in the ground floor room for convenience right now and on the first floor first was sana's room and beside her is yuvi's room, then other guest rooms which rohit, jaddu etc players were using and then virat's room. After virat it's dada's offcial room, it's kind of ¾ circular structure and mahi's room is in the middle . after all the set up all of them settled in dada's room for dinner and had fun chitchat before departing to their rooms.

Mahi was in his room reading a book or you can say trying to distract himself from thinking about certain vice-captain who after dinner went to his room saying he has work without batting an eye to anyone, but if you see closely he is clearly failing to do so as he is unable to concentrate and is still on the same page from past 20 minutes. He finally closed the book and lays down on the bed.

Mahi pov:

Goodddd... why can't I concentrate at anywhere else when it comes to him. Guess I'm really falling for that cheeky rabbit but does he care? No he has to do some stupid work now. after so long we could've finally gotten some time for us but no. he is stupid, an absolute idiot to be precise. We couldn't even see eachother for past few days due to the hospital and responsibilities, upar se that gadha yuvi wasn't ready to stay with Bhabhi even for a day. Now when we finally come home mr stupid kohli has some important work as if he is some president or what. Huhh let him come tomorrow I'll also complete my remaining work and won't give him any time.

His thinking stopped when his phone buzzed with notification. He got up and checked he got a text from the person he was thinking about.

Text convo:

Virat: Stop cursing me baby and come to my room.

Mahi: No thank you, you continue your work.

Virat: Please na baby

Mahi: Your baby is sleepy now.

Virat: You've got 5 mins darling you either come or I'll carry you here.

Mahi: hey this is not fair

Virat: everything's fair in love sweetheart now come on hurry up.

Mahi: coming.

Though on text he pretended like he is not that interested, Mahi was excited. He jumped off the bed like a kid and checked himself in the mirror. He scrunched his nose at his night ware as it looked too plane and boring so he ran to his closet and changed into a beige coloured night suit. After checking himself for a last time he decided to go to virat's room. He felt like a teenager in love. This sneaking around, secret meets, eye talks and blushing was thrilling for him. he never thought he'll experience something like this, there was a point he gave up on love altogether but this human rabbit made him believe that there is a hope and that's enough.

He slowly walked towards virat's room, his heart was beating at a fast pace as he was so new to this sneaking and all. he reached the door and found it opened so he slowly walked inside to see everything dark. He hesitates a bit and calls out.

Mahi: cheeku?

Just as he takes his name the balcony lights gets on and he sees a beautifully decorated balcony Infront of him. He gasps and walks ahead to take a closer look at it. He sees a tent like structure with mattress and lots of cushions covered with fairy lights, also many snacks in tray with two cups. He was so awed at the site just then two hands sneaked to his waist from behind and a sweet voice asked him.

Virat: liked it?

Mahi who is so happy with the set up turned around and gave the most beautiful smile to virat who felt all his efforts were worth it for that one precious smile.
