I was just about to walk into school, when I heard the same clicking of heals I heard at the beg beginning of the year.
"So how is life....loser?" She added the loser at the end just to make me feel bad, but I've heard worse.
"Life is good"
"Are you sure it's not...great?" She said that in a mocking tone and winked when she said it.
They picked up their pace a little and beat me to the door.
But when they walked by me either Maddie or Mackenzie whispered "Evvvvvannnnn"
I looked at them horrified, but they just walked inside the school, like everything in life was just bright and decent
How did they know?
Do they know?
Who told them?
Was it a setup?
I have to ask Evan about this.
I have to text Chloe and Cheyenne!
