Love is only a feeling...
Love is only a feeling...

Jisung walked into the shared space between him and Felix.

He couldn't call it a home. Home didn't send shivers down your spine when you walked through the door.

Softly, he clicked the door closed and waited. Waited for the footsteps he was bound to hear. Though there was nothing.

After a few pounding heartbeats rang in his ears, Jisung made his way slowly into the living room. The birds chirping happily outside only seemed to mock the sadness and anxiety in his heart.

"Felix?" Jisung called weakly, expecting him to say something back. Something.. anything.

He checked every room. The bedroom, the bathroom.. everywhere.

Felix was nowhere to be found.

"Maybe he just went to the store.." Jisung breathed out as he walked to the bedroom again to set his things inside.

The house was a mess. Dirty plates, clothes and dust everywhere where it was usually spotless by his own doing.

He felt nothing but exhaustion creeping its way into his bones. So he laid down on the bed and slowly fell asleep while he waited for Felix to come home.

Though it was a light sleep since he could never get deep enough to dream or feel anything but fear of something happening.

Hours later, Jisung opened his eyes as the door shut harshly. Slowly he sat up in bed. The sky was dark and gloomy out. Rain pattering the windows again like earlier in the morning.

"What should we have for dinner?"

"Nothing sounds good.."

"Maybe we could order out," Felix's voice trailed through the corridors. Slow footsteps came down the hallway, the sound of soft kisses and breaths echoing in the silence.

Jisungs heart sunk. An anchor falling into his stomach to weigh his heart down.

Someone else was with Felix..

Time didn't exist. Seconds faded into nothingness as Felix backed another man into their shared bedroom.

Jisungs heart held a million emotions he couldn't describe.

"Felix.." jisung said quietly into the room. The blonde looked over quickly, while the other man stepped back and looked over at the small boy with tears in his eyes.

"Jisung?" Felix scoffed "what are you doing here?"

"I thought— I thought.. I—"

"Should I go?" The other man asked as he looked between them.

"Don't bother," Jisung replied and stood again as he began gathering his things back up.

He fought the tears in his eyes and tried to convince himself they were of sadness.

Jisung gathered clothes from his closet, shoes, socks, trinkets and everything he could imagine he needed.
