That you don't need not a man
you can stand on your own
Just keep stacking your bread
And one day we will get gone
<3Jisung walked inside of his house three days later after a long day of work at the office. He set his briefcase down and shrugged off his jacket as he listened to Felix yelling something as he played a game. Things had been good the past few days, no yelling or fighting which Jisung was forever grateful for.
He could see him in the living room at his computer, eyes glued to the screen as he didn't pay any mind to his boyfriend who'd just come home from work.
"Lix? Im home," Jisung called but Felix didn't pay any attention to his voice even if he could hear it.
Jisung slowly walked up behind him and touched his shoulders gently. Felix didn't even seem to notice.
"Lix?" He called softly and the boy in front of him shrugged his shoulders to get jisungs hands off of him.
"What? No. It's nobody," Felix said and started laughing as he continued playing the game.
Jisung stepped back from Felix, feeling his heart crash in his chest from those words. He then turned and walked to their bedroom as he stripped his clothes off. He changed into some comfortable ones, wearing a pair of sweats and a tshirt so he could begin dinner and not worry about staining his work clothes.
Jisung then looked at his phone for the first time that day and sighed when he opened it. The idea that he had Minhos number lingered in his mind. Not that he wanted anything from him that was more than a conversation. He was just lonely and Felix wasn't going to give him attention.
Jisung opened their blank text messages and went to type.
"Jisung!" Felix's voice came from the living room.
"Yeah?" He called back but there wasn't an answer. So Jisung tossed his phone back on the bed and walked out to the living room where Felix was still staring at his game.
"Make dinner," Felix said and paused his game, "I want something good."
Jisung stood there as Felix looked over at him. The man scoffed and rolled his eyes.
"Fuck you're such an eyesore," he said and shook his head, "put something better on and make me food."
Jisung knew all too well what this something better meant. Felix liked it when he showed skin. Though it never failed that he'd pick something out he hated. But it got jisung compliments so he never truly complained.
So, he made his way back to the bedroom and put on some pretty short shorts and a tank top before walking back out to Felix.
"How's this?" Jisung asked softly and stood there.
Felix ignored him and laughed hysterically about something that had just happened. Jisung could hear the faint voice of a man coming from the headphones as he yelled something in Felix's ears.
"Lix?" Jisung took a step forwards but Felix ripped his headphones off in an instance.
That playful smile on his face from the game faded instantly. He walked the few steps up to Jisung who had stepped back upon the sudden movement. Jisungs eyes were cast down at his feet instantaneously.
"What the fuck do you want now huh?" Felix said through clenched teeth. Jisung closed in on himself and clenched his fists tightly to stop his hands from shaking.
"I— I just wanted to see if you liked this better," Jisung said softly and blinked several times as he stared at the white carpet beneath his feet.
"It's fine." Felix said, "it makes your arms look fat but your thighs look great. Now stop bothering me, fuck,"
Felix walked back to his computer and out the headset on again and spoke into it.
"Sorry dude," he said and resumed playing the game.
Jisung waited a few more seconds before he walked away again and to the kitchen. He got out some food for dinner. Meat, rice and some veggies. He figured some kind of stir fry would be good to eat.
Thirty minutes later, Jisung was plating the food and he thought it looked really good. It smelled good and the presentation was nothing short of mouth watering. He was starving as he hadn't eaten all day.
Jisung brought the plate over to Felix and held his own in his other hand.
Slowly, he slid the plate onto Felix's desk and walked back to the couch where he sat down. Felix paid him no mind as he took a bite of the food and laughed at the game again. Loud and obnoxious laughter that Jisung was annoyed at on the inside.
Jisung took a bite of his food after he watched Felix do so and chewed for a moment.
"Yeah, yeah," Felix said into the headset, "I have to go.. yeah, bye,"
Felix took the headset off and swiveled his chair to look at Jisung. He watched the boy eat another bite of the food before he stood up.
Felix walked over to Jisung and took the plate out of his hand and dumped the hot food over his lap before throwing the plate behind him.
Jisung cried out as the food burned his thighs and stood, brushing it off of them and onto the white carpet as he whined about how hot it was. Though the sauce was still hot, the sugars inside of it piping as they burned his skin.
"Look at me." Felix said and jerked jisungs face to look at him.
"You're looking too fat to eat anything right now," he spat at Jisung, "you look like a fucking pig in those clothes."
"I'm sorry.." Jisung apologized as tears filled his eyes, "I— I didn't eat today because I didn't have time.. I just—"
"Shut the fuck up and get out of my sight. I don't want to see you again until I go to bed," Felix let go of jisungs face and walked back to the computer.
Jisung walked away in tears, stepping over the broken glass on the floor and got his shoes on that were in the room. He ignored his sticky clothes since they were the least of his concern. But the burns on his body hurt almost more than the pain in his heart.
After he got his shoes on, Jisung left the house, running quickly down the road in the heavy rain. It beat on his skin and cooled the burns on his body in such a painful way.
He didn't even realize where he was going until he got there.
