After Miller ran into Alice Angel he started trying to convince her that Skary was in the building and he needed help in order to find and kill Skary but she didn't believe him so he got pissed off and to spite her he went down the demon path and shit.
Then Miller did the first few tasks and only died once, but he was currently hiding in a little miracle station since he destroyed the bendy cutouts. "Man that ugly ass demon kinda has a fat ass" he thought as he watched the demon limp past him.
