Surprise Visit: Part 2

While walking down the road to Draco's apartment, Melodie looked around herself.

She saw a lot of happy couples, walking past her, with no troubles in their relationship at all.

Melodie sighed and shrugged it off.

"Don't worry, Melodie. One day, you and Draco are gonna be just like them. Being able to walk on the sidewalk so freely, so... normally.."

Finally, she made it to the apartment building. Draco had given Melodie an extra key, incase she ever needed to crash at his place.

She opened the outside door and stepped in the staircase.

"1..2..3..4th floor! Uhuh, aaand... apartment number 11. Bingo!"

Melodie knocked on the door. She could head faint rock music coming from the room suddenly stop and someone approaching to the door."

Draco opened the door and Melodie yelled:

"Surprise!! Hey my love! I just wanted to come and see you and talk to you!"

Draco was surprised and happy.

"Melodie! Hey! Sure, come on in! I was just practicing my guitar at the moment."

Melodie stepped in the room and handed Draco the green dragon plushie.

"Here! It's for you! I.. I thought you would like this, so I bought it for you!"

"Melodie, thank you so much! This plushie rocks, haha!"

Draco pulled Melodie in for a kiss. They kissed for a moment infront of the still open apartment door.

Draco closed the door and headed to his bedroom. There, he placed the plushie on his bedside table.

"There. It will now always make me dream of you when i'm sleeping. And when I miss you, I will just cuddle the plushie."

"Awww, that's so cute, Draco!"

They both stared at eachother for a moment. Then, Draco said:

"So, uh, what was the thing you wanted to talk to me about?"

"Right! Uh, let's go sit on the couch? It'll be more comfortable to talk there."

Draco agreed and they went and sat down on the couch.

"So, Draco, I recently saw that you released a song on Starrify?"

"Right, I forgot to tell you! Yeah, it has been blowing up! Tens of thousands of people have listened to it!"

"That's awesome, my love! But with that I had an idea. If you would get famous, then my manager would let me date you for sure!"

"But, Melodie, chances are that I won't become famous. So what happens then? And, me becoming famous will take a lot of time.. Are you sure you don't want to tell him right now?"

"I.. I don't know. I called you earlier to tell you, but then I decided to come and visit you myself. While I was in the gift shop, I found out about your song. That's when the idea popped in my head."

"You called me? I didn't even notice, haha, I was playing my guitar! But, to be honest, being famous and getting some extra money would be great. You see, some people have been complaining about the loud music. The walls are pretty thin here.."

"I have an idea! I'm moving back into my mansion soon, you could live there and practice your music how much you want!"

"Really? You'd let me do that? Oh man, you are the best!"

Draco hugged Melodie.

"Hehe, no problem!"

They both sat on the couch, super close to eachother, just staring at eachothers eyes.

"Draco..."

"Yes?"

"I'm ready."

"Huh?

"I'm ready to tell my manager about us."
