The Dark Night

Part - 7

I go to school the next day and see Ashley and Andrew kissing. I pull Ashley's hand and drag her into the corner, "What the fuck is wrong with you Ashley?" I look at Ashley furious, waiting for an answer. "Its visible Harper, isn't it? Andrew and I are dating." she answers as it I had nothing for him

 "You knew how much I loved Andrew, Ashley."

"Is that true? you never told me Harper, oh gosh what do I do now." 

I get confused by the reaction of Ashley, "Cut the nonsense Ashley."

"I'm so sorry Harper, I didn't know you liked Andrew. Didn't you tell me that Andrew is so ugly and he is not your type." Ashley keeps on acting

And as I turn around, I see Andrew staring deadly into my eyes. "You are not my type, how dare you say that about me with a face like that?" I yank Ashley's hand and aim straight towards Andrew's neck causing him to fall down, I get on top of him and press his neck so hard that his face starts to turn red. "Did you hear me say that you fucking piece of shit? and how dare you touch me like that and say all this?" If I had is neck for few seconds he would've died but few teachers pulled me and took me to the principle's office and I was suspended for a week.

I didn't go home because what would I tell my parents? I got suspended? I've already created alot of problems for them in the past, not anymore. I look at the watch and see that it is 2pm, 2 more hours till school finishes. Then I went to a cafe where I used to go with Ashley. The waiter came to take the order so I ordered a milk coffee, few minutes later my coffee arrives.

"Here's your coffee Miss Elsher." a familiar voice says

'He works here? Oh yes he does' I forgot Anthony  used to work here as I was so upset about today.

"Oh, hey" I tell  in a low voice.

"I think there is school today isn't it?" he asks

I start crying and Anthony gets worried and he sits beside me patting my head, "Is everything okay Haper?" he asks looking concerned.

"No, nothing's okay" I cried and I find myself telling Anthony everything. He pulls me for a gentle hug and I'm sobbing in his arms as he puts his hand around my shoulder. We stay like that for a few minutes.

"He is like that forget him, am I not good enough?'' he saying laughing to distract me.

I look at his face while I'm still in his arms then I suddently pull his collar and kiss him in the lips and pull away. He looks shocked and looks  at me with wide eyes, then I realize what I did "I-I'm sor-" before I could finish he puts his hand on my cheeks and kisses me, he doesn't pull away neither do I. After about strong 2-3 minutes we're still kissing and I pull back. 

"I love you Harper, I fucking love you alot." he says looking desperately in my eyes.

"I love you too, Anthony." I tell him

I look at the watch and realise that its already 4pm. "Thankyou for listening to me Anthony." I tell him. "Anything for you Miss Elsher." he says bowing down. Before leaving I give him a tight hug and kiss him on the cheek.
