“Unsub A displays disturbing and violent behavior. They are highly methodical and seem to take pleasure in causing extreme harm to their victims. This individual exhibits a high level of sadism, as evidenced by the brutal torture and dismemberment of the victim, Laiba Faisal. Setting the orphanage ablaze, reducing it to ashes, and effecting their escape wouldn't have posed a significant challenge.”
