Was college like what your parents would always tell you? "It would be the greatest time of your early adult life!" Mother would say or "Your lucky you got into one of the best" Father would say but college isn't like anything they would tell you. College could be magical or hell you'd just have to choose your cards correctly yet I didn't well I mean I tried well actually I was trying until I met her.
RILEYS POV:
I ran across the hall going to my first class what was I even thinking?! Turning off my alarm for five extra minutes of sleep turns out five minutes is actually 30?! I had no actual good excuse for being late might as well make it up.
I made a turn to the stair when suddenly I clashed into someone, papers were flying like crazy and I hit my head. I get up wiping my jeans before looking at the lady. I watched as she stood up at her full height 'Holy shit' I thought man I was tall but she was taller! Maybe 6,1 at most but wow I was 5,11 I towered I never thought I would be towered ever.
I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard her speak her voice was so soft and silky it could put someone to sleep "Are you alright, Dear?" She looked like she was in her early thirties maybe 33 or 34 her brown silky hair flowed down her shoulders and her face was perfect I couldn't get my words out.
"Sweetheart? Are you alright your head is bleeding!"
I felt a rush of pain come through to my head I almost felt like fainting but I couldn't tell her that "I'm okay" I rub my temples feeling really lightheaded oh god.
"Oh dear let me help you" I felt her arm wrap around my waist supporting me to make sure I didn't fall my eyes went blank and I closed them listening to her voice.
I don't know when I woke up but I was in the nurses office I saw my book bag and skateboard lying on the floor I could hear the nurse speaking to someone I regained my vision sitting up from the bed they both turned to me
"Oh! She's awake!" The nurses voice was slightly higher than the other woman in the room
"It seems so" The other woman chuckled lightly before sitting down on the bed I felt my throat go dry
"You fainted and I brought you to the nurse are you alright-" She asked before being cut off by my best friends entering the room
"Riley!!" Jack said in a sarcastic sad voice "Oh we thought you died" he slumped into me hugging me tightly Maya was next to him shaking her head
"You always get yourself in trouble I missed 3rd period coming here and Jack couldn't talk to his little boyfriend any more" She sighed
"You mean friend! Benjamin is just a friend!" He protests which telling by his face is failing horribly
"Sure who knew the star football player would fall for the emo band kid himself" She laughs and I chuckle lightly forgetting the nurse and unknown woman were still in the room
The nurse clears her throat
"you two can go give me a second with Riley so I can give her a pass for absence"
They leave the room and the woman speaks
"So Riley it's nice to meet you" she smiled and I did too
"Yeah sorry for my friends they are something else" I scratched the back of my neck nervously
"Oh dear it's alright my name is Eliza or Ms, Fairmont"
"It's nice to meet you, Ms. Fairmont" I smile
"Mhm" she mused before passing me at of my belongings
"Well you should get to your class now you've had your nap for quite a while now"
I nod my head getting up, picking up my book bag and skateboard, I walk out the nurses office seeing Jake and Maya waiting for me.
"So who was that?" Maya asked
"Who?" I said confused
"That hot ass lady idiot" She groans and I roll my eyes
"Ms. Fairmont? I guess she's a teacher here"
"No way! Ugh I need a college fling so badly" she moped around
"Go to a frat party?" Jack said "there's a lot of women and men for you to find! Plus they got experience so better sex"
"You're right! Are you actually smart, Jack?"
"Shut up asshole" He scoffs
"Love you too" She says cheerfully
The rest of the day goes by quickly maybe it was my head I dunno but by the end of the day we all slumped onto the couch. Thanks to Jack's rich ass father we got a whole dorm room/apartment to ourselves, it was huge and had rooms for all of us.
"We should party" Jack said he always wants to party yet we went for fun
"I heard Granden's throwing a party tonight at his house" Maya perks her head yet I was too focused on my PSP playing stardew valley which was modded to play different games
"Riley?" Jack said my head perked up at his voice and I looked at him with an eyebrow raised
"Hmm..?"
"You coming or you're going to keep romancing Haley on stardew valley?" Jack says jokingly
"Ughh I'm going let me get ready"
"Yay!"
I got ready for the party and we drove to Granden's house, entering the house the loud music blasted in our ears we picked up cups and started drinking
I sat down before noticing a girl eyeing my she was a sophomore in college she had been eyeing me since I entered and as I got more tipsy I felt the need to talk to her
"Hey" I said smiling a bit as she got closer to me
"Hey~" her voice was low and seductive I kept drinking which was my biggest mistake
"Getting drunk are we?" She chuckled and I nodded
"Oh that's adorable" at this point I was full blown drunk and half of the stuff she said went through one ear and out the other before I knew it I was pulled into a room alone with her.
She started to kiss me I felt uncomfortable and wanted to pull anyway yet I felt her hand go into my pants her fingers brushed my panties and my heart dropped to my stomach I pushed her away completely and there was an angry face shown on her
"What the hell?" She scoffed
I went nonverbal and rubbed my eyes, they felt like they were on fire, buttoning my pants up and I rushed out the room why did I let myself do that how could I. I felt sick to my stomach I tried to look for Jack and Maya but I couldn't see them anywhere so I left the party I needed fresh air badly. I walked back to the college drinking a bottle of water I bought at the store I was still stumbling but I could form basic sentences which was good I didn't see where I was going before I bump into her again...
