"oh! Mila I totally forgot to tell you!" the older girl said excitedly into the phone, "I'm going to Vancouver!"

"For filming? Thats so awesome!" exclaimed the short brunette on the other side of the phone, not only excited but proud of her best friends accomplishment.

"Oh I know right!" she giggled "And I want you to come with me!"

"You're joking" said Mila, elongating the o. It came as a shock to her, I mean Vancouver? That's a thousand miles away from her home! and what about her parents? And siblings? AND PETS!?

"Nope! I already asked ur parents and they said it would be fine as long as I was with you!" she stared back at the girl who was in complete shock on her phone screen, "well I mean, do you want to go?" kia asked, confused as to why the loud mouthed girl was all of a sudden quiet.

"Yes!! Like a thousand times yes!!" The girls laughed on call for what seemed like an eternity.

"Also before I go I was thinking we could blog on your YouTube channel while we're there" said kia.

"Totally!!" said Mila, excited to spend a couple months in Canada with her best friend.

"Bye mimis!! Goodnight!! And don't pack without me!"

"Bye kiaaa!!" The girl chuckled.

Mila was the most excited she had ever been. She ran downstairs looking for her parents thanking them for letting her go to the trip to Canada with Kiawentiio.

"Thank you guys so much!!" The girl was hysteric running to her parents embracing them in a hug.

"Oh of course, mi alma" said her mother, "you deserve it"

"Yeah,  just make sure to keep getting straight A's while your on independent study" said her father.

"I promise the only thing you're gonna see on my report cards are A's!" the girl laughed, smiling brighter than ever.

"Now go get your luggage ready so you can pack with Kia tomorrow!" said her mother.

The girl laughed and went back upstairs to get her cheetah print luggage which was covered in stickers. She then got on her phone to post a quick story on her Instagram. The story read "get ready for a long travel blog on Friday w bff Kia! :p"

Mila checked her watch and realized how late it was. She then showered, brushed her teeth, combed her hair into a braid, and changed into her pajamas for bed. It was going to be an excruciating night waiting for Canada, but I'm sure she could handle it.

She turned off her lights and crawlers into bed. Setting her alarm for 5:30. The girl was sure she wasn't going to wake up with only one alarm tho so she made sure to set another one for 5:35, and another one for 5:40.
