A Far Away Place in a Dream

Chapter 2

*Quick edit: We are not following too much of the Overhaul Arc on the actual show because of the added person with huge power fluctuations but hey I hope y'all will stay with me for the ride! ^_^*

'Will I ever get out of this place?' My thoughts were interrupted by a screech, I was quick to dodge the oncoming swing of the monster bird like thing he got from an associate. I just dodged cause I haven't been given permission to attack yet, instead I listened in to their conversation.

"He is holding up well to my Nomu. I suppose this is your joy of this Lab." The unknown voice said and I think I heard scratching. "No. He is just the guard dog to my prized possession." Overhaul answered and I vaguely heard the unknown male mumble something under his breath. "552, take it down." Overhaul commanded

'Ah there's the command. This is gonna be tiring.' I thought and jumped to the other side of the area. "Brace yourself. I will only do this once." I said quietly but it seems he heard me. Raising my wings, I took a deep breath in, and let out a ear piercing scream. The monster, I now knew as a Nomu, was thrown against the wall and collapsed into the ground. I shot forward knowing my time was short, leaping into the air, I summoned a shadow scythe and slammed it down into its brain. I stood up and sat down on the floor in front of the dead Nomu.

"WHAT?!" The unknown male started yelling and scratching his neck more. I was now intently watching them waiting for my next orders. "It seems your Nomu is a bit too weak for him. However if I didn't give him the time to analyze the Nomu, he probably would've been killed." Overhaul scoffed at him. "Well that tells me I won't be needing you as much as you need me." He finished. The man was seemingly trembling with anger. "You'll regret this." A portal opened underneath me and the Nomu and we fell through.

'I probably should've dodged that. Oh well, he'll find me eventually.' I looked around taking in the new scenery. I had not one but three people over me in a second. "I will warn you. I don't take lightly to physical contact. But I will be calm if that is what you're worried about."

"He's so cute! NO HES NOT" A male with black and white attire said to me. "He is!" A hyperactive girl commented. "Hmph" The last male simply offered me a hand to get up he had burned skin and bright blue eyes. I took his hand but quickly let go when I was standing. "Ah. I see my plan worked." I turned to face the familiar voice.

"Hello." I said and tilted my head. "Where am I?" He motioned to a seat and I gladly sat down.

"You are at my base. Kurogiri helped me get you here. My name is Shigaraki." He explained and took a seat a chair down. I nodded in understanding.

"You do know he will find me eventually, right?" As soon as I said that my collar beeped and it caught all of their attention. 

"What was that?" He demanded.

"That was my collar. It serves as a tracking device and a means of keeping me under control." I said and started tracing the marks on the wood. It seems that wasn't the only thing it does, a shock ran through my body and I reached up to it. I leaned over,, fell off the chair and he caught me before I hit the ground. Rushing to my side, the male with the blue eyes grabbed the collar and melted it off of me. They immediately threw it into a newly created portal and checked me for any burns.

"I'm immune to fire. Also I'm so tired." As I finished my sentence I passed out in his arms.
