I pull into the driveway where I can see flashing lights in the distance behind the mini golf building.

Man. They are really partying hard.

I locked my car door and walked up to a guy asking for my ID. As long as I was over 17 I could go. And I just turned 18 last week.

He let me pass and I looked around to see everybody jumping up and down to the song "Jump Around" by House of Pain. A 90's party classic.

The music ended when I saw Chris, Matt and Nick leaning up against the wall. I walked over there hoping to see Tara, but she wasn't in the crowd when I looked around.

"Hey, glad you could make it!" Matt said holding up his cup.

-Damn. He is so hot.- I thought.
- no. He's my friend. I could never..-

"Yeah, there was a lot of traffic but I managed to get here in time. Say, where is Tara? And Sam and Colby? And what about Jake?"

"Oh, Tara went to her car to get her purse, she bought too many drinks. And Sam and Colby are on their way right now. Jake couldn't make it because his dog was sick, and Jhonnie is helping him take him to the vet." Chris said.

"Oh no. I hope his dog gets better. Poor Rocco."

After I said that I felt somebody's eyes on me. It was my toxic ex Brennen.
I looked away quickly, after seeing him give me a evil smirk.

"What is it Y/N ? Are you alright?" Nick said to me, worrily.

"Yeah, it was my old ex, Brennen."

Matt looked at Chris and then the song "Its Getting Hot" by NLE Choppa came on. My eyes widened. I love this song!
I ran out to the dance floor and started to dance busting out some moves and dancing like crazy.

Matt and Chris joined and it felt like a music video. Nick was sitting down watching when I looked at him and did a backflip and then a splits.
Matt's eyes widened. Chris laughed. I smiled. Matt's eyes gleamed in the light whe somebody grabbed the microphone and started rapping. It was Chris.

I laughed and then was rapping along with him.
I noticed Matt in the crowd cheering and Sam and Colby walked up next to him and started cheering me on too.

I feel so special. So loved.

After dancing and drinking, I felt a little dizzy. It was super hot, just imagining how many degrees it was in the whole room with all these people. Just then, somebody opened the doors and the loud music started leaking out into the neighborhood.

After a couple minutes, red and blue flashing lights and sirens started fading in towards us and I suddenly blacked out.

I felt myself fall until somebody caught me.
