Myles birthday comes and Briar surprises him with a cake on set and even gets permission for Emily and Mav to be on set for the day. Briar and Emily get along pretty well as Emily knows she's helping Myles on set and vice versa, she does still slightly dislike Briar but that's for the starting the state Myles was in when they met in September 2022. Emily would never forget that random day, 6th September 2022, never did she think she'd meet the guy she'd, 7 years later, elope with. She's also very thankful to Briar for getting the permission for her to be on set and watch Myles acting since she's only seen BTS Myles posted or reposted of the acting side but seen the whole music side, she's also excited to watch Myles dance at a professional level.
When it comes to cake time, Myles is sat alone in the cast hub and he's wondering where everyone is, just like when it was his characters 18th back in season 6 the cast along with his wife and their best friend appear, Briar had made tops with Emily's help. Briar brings in the cake just like Richelle in season 6. Myles is so grateful for his cast mates but wished Trevor and Jordan weren't avoiding Brittany.
After the cast is wrapped the group follow Briar to Colin's bar, Briar leads them in and lightly places a kiss on Colin's cheek, she's not really one for PDA in front of friends, especially when her Myles and Devon go back years and both are there with their wives, yes Col is her husband but it still stands.
Colin takes the group to their section he arranged and gets behind the bar part there, turns out he had managed to persuade his boss, the bar owner, to let him solely work with the event so he could be round Briar. He had to unfortunately pull the "my wife has epilepsy so I need to be on guard for triggers" card which he hates pulling as Briar's been seizure free since the one Myles witnessed in about 2016, but he pulled it none the less. Briar sees him go behind and smiles then sends Myles a subtle glance.
Seeing the glance, Myles turns to Emily and Mav
"what you want to drink, Ems I'm guessing a white like usual" asks Myles before nodding upon seeing his Wife nodding "Mav lemme guess....hmmmmm oh yeah of course you'll have a beer" Myles looks at his best friend who just nods "i know you both too well"
He heads to the bar and turns to Colin
" a Jim Beam Whiskey, a White Wine and a beer please" he asks his exes husband as casually as he tells his wife he loves her.
"coming right up si-dude and happy birthday" tells Colin
"thanks bro" smiles Myles
Colin gets the requested beverages and passes them to Myles smiling, both males turn to smile at Briar who is just so relieved they called each other dude and bro respectively of who said it.
