Reena's breath hitched on hearing Aditya. She let out a trembled sigh.

'I can't lose her. I don't ever want her to know she was going to be his wife and Shreya was their child'. Adheera said running his hands through his hairs for the nth time.

'Calm down Adheera. She will never know it. After all we have hid that fact from her all these years na'. Shakti said calming him down a bit.

'Adheera'. Reena whispered placing her hand on her mouth. She couldn't believe what all things she was hearing now. She could guess everything now.

Reena quickly hid herself behind a pillar when the opened the door and found them going out. Shock would be an understatement to describe Reena's feelings now.

She opened the door of her bedroom and fell on the floor with a thud.

'All this time he was cheating me. Rocky was my husband and Shreya was our daughter. How can he ever do such things to me'??? Reena asked placing her palm on her mouth.

'That means everything Rocky said was true right??? What have I done to him'??? Reena said to herself burying her face on her knees.

At the playground

Shreya was playing with her friends in the nearby ground outside their house when her eyes caught the sight of Rocky.

'Uncle'. She called him which Rocky heard and waved at her. Sharath was also with him.

'Hey princess. Your mother is inside right. Then what are you doing here alone'??? Rocky asked taking her in his arms.

'Uncle I think you really need an eye checkup. Can't you see my friends standing here. I am not alone'. Shreya said chuckling to which Rocky frowned.

'Okay then enough of your playing guys. It's so hot now. You will all get sunburn'. He told the children and made sure that they reached their house.

'Go home chinna'. Rocky said and was about to place her down when Shreya showed him her puppy eyes.

'What happened princess'??? Rocky asked bringing her closer to his chest.

'I need ice cream'. Shreya whispered to him.

'No no chinna. For your kind information you had fever two days before'. Rocky said getting serious.

'Dont give me that look. Your mother will kill me if she comes to know about this'. Rocky said as a matter of fact.

'Please uncle. I need one ice cream. Please'. Shreya started pouting.

Rocky thought for a moment and then smiled to himself.

'Okay I will buy you one on a condition. You have to start calling me appa'. Rocky said smiling to which Sharath rolled his eyes.

'But I have already have my dada'. Shreya asked confused.

'Yeah I know that but I would love to have a daughter like you. Now tell me will you call me appa. Or else I won't get you ice cream'. Rocky said to which Shreya nodded her head.

'Okay appa'. Shreya said snuggling closer to him. For unknown reasons she also like him more than her father even though in reality he is her father.

Rocky smiled carrying her while Sharath followed them smiling to himself.

Meanwhile

Reena was a mess after all the revelation about her life. She was still sobbing with her head buried on her hands when Aditya came inside. He noticed all the mess she had done to the room.

He came towards her and touched her shoulder.
'What happened sweetheart'???

Well Reena's last piece of sanity lost when she heard the last word. She stood up and slapped him so hard that he stumbled and fell down.
