CHAPTER ONE

Cassandra Goodwill POV

I hear knocking at my door at 5 in the morning. Who the fuck is that I swear if it's Jake that fucking sociopath.The person sounds feminine behind the door but I am still on guard waiting at the door with a baseball bat. I opened the door abit which allowed the person to burst into my door almost making me fall in the process."Hey I'm home!"she sang clearly drunk."Where is my room again?"she asks."Hey you....why are you in my brother's house." Brother? What brother ?Weird I'll need to help this girl she's too drunk to even stand at this point ,first I need to get her to sleep.I drag her to one of the guest rooms,she protested at first then she gave up struggling after a while.I placed her on the bed and she immediately fell asleep,she slept in those awkward kid position where the body looks like it fell from a 7 story building.I placed her nicely in the bed whilst getting her changed.I placed a cup of water with headache relief pills on the table next to her bed and let her phone charge with my extra charger.I then went to bed as well.

The morning

I'm cooking a simple English breakfast that's when I heard the princess wake up."Jason since when do you cook" asked the princess.She was a a tall woman well to me she was.She seemed most probably from the pacific islands .She had long hair with a beautiful brownish tan on her skin and had the cutest nose.She stopped in her tracks and screamed,"Hey hey stop screaming!"I shouted over her screaming. "WHY ARE YOU IN MY BROTHER'S HOUSE!"Oh so she thinks this is his house so my new neighbor is her brother."Um this is my house your brother is next door".She stopped and ran outside.I followed her outside and she saw her mistake "I'm so sorry"she said looking at me apologetically."It's fine .... before you go home why don't you eat?"I said.She took off again into my house.I get into my house finding her in my kitchen by the kitchen table sitting down on the chairs.We ate and had an amazing conversation,we spoke about our lives and other interesting topics."Do you want to be friends"she said while helping me with the dishes."Sure your a fun person to be around."I said while laughing remembering what happened earlier.She leaves not before leaving her phone number. After taking her outside I get a message from her.

Madam M: I'M HOME 😝
Miss Cass:LOL we don't even know each others names
Madam M: OH shit my name is Maya
Miss Cass: I'm Cassandra
Madam M: NICEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I then left the chat and continued on with my day.

Oh my name is Cassandra Goodwill, a successful black woman from the island of Trinidad,I mostly grew up here in the states so dont expect me to speak in my homeland's vernacular.I have opened up many successful business all over the world ,I now reside in Miami.I recently moved into this small neighborhood about 5 months ago the house next door to me had never been sold even before I got here ,I didn't pay much attention to it since the neighborhood wasn't awful,it's been fine for a long while. Now I'm friends with an interesting person.It's been like a month since we both have been friends while besties in her head ,hey we take it as it is.

My day started off quite entertaining today.I decided to stay in today ,a mental health day as one may call it or in my head a day of relaxing mostly sleeping.I woke up around 1 in the afternoon regretting my decision of catching up on my anime the whole night and early morning. I woke up to a call,I answered it with a groan."Wake up!I'm outside with my brother there is something I wanna ask you." said Maya on the call,I sighed going to shower and getting ready with a simple top and sweatpants.I get to my door opening it,I see Maya and her brother.His quite a looker Island or Pacific island men really are fine indeed , His tall, amazing build you can tell he works out alot or it could be his genes and the way his black long hair is put in that man bun makes him look sexy as hell but thats my friends brother so the attraction went away immediately,maybe."I'm sorry about my sister,She told me today about her drunken mish-"."Actually multiple"I interrupted.He looked at his sister with a disapproving look. "Yeah MULTIPLE drunken mishaps,Thank you for taking care of her.I know she can be a hand full at times."He said as though he was apologizing for his trouble making child.I simply just chuckled just imagining how his properly been apologizing to people about his sister."Hey is something funny."Maya said. "N-O-T-H-I-N-G" I say back childishly."Why you.....anyway the real reason why I wanted to see you, my brother over here is in a dilemma,he needs a pretend girlfriend and I'm giving the postion to you"She said smiling. "Now Ma-"."Sure,I'm bored anyway" I say after interrupting him once again."I TOLD YOU SHE WOULD SAY YES~"Maya sang aloud.

Jason Johnson POV

Fuck my life I just agreed to going to a pool party my ex is hosting.I didn't know what to do it was in the heat of the moment.I can't go alone I don't want her thinking I've been single since she dumped me in highschool but I can lie atleast.I just need a pretend girlfriend now the hard part is getting her.I could go with my sister but just thinking about it makes me want to vomit and knowing her she'll fucking laugh in my face at that suggestion.Let me ask her to ask one of her friends,of course I'll pay them handsomely as I was in my own thoughts she comes into the living room,speak of the devil."May, can I ask a favor".I ask."Money then I'll do the favor"she says while on her phone.I knew she'd want money am I her fucking sugar daddy or something,ew."Fine,I'll send the 500 later,now listen",she stops typing on her phone giving me her full attention."Can you ask any of your friends who are girls to be my pretend girlfriend for this pool party I'm going to."I say quickly."Okay....but why"She asks enjoying my struggle to tell her."Fine,My ex invited me and before you say 'Why did you agree,she's a bish' it was in the heat of the moment I was peer pressured into it."I say out of breath.I was expecting a laugh but I got this "Sure,this one will be done by my most possibly hottest friend nah bestie ever."she says with an evil smile. I would've preferred her laughing then this,she's scheming something and I don't like it."Her name is Cassandra,She's your next door neighbor,She's smart,successful,beautiful and thiiiiiccccc I can vouch I've seen her naked.""Oh my God,that wasn't necessary but anyone will do.Okay,Let's meet with her.....wait how do you know her?"I say suspiciously. "Hehe I mistakened her house for your house the one time" she says while walking away slowly into the main hall."MAYA JOHNSON!YOU BETTER COME BACK HERE RIGHT NOW AND EXPLAIN YOURSELF!"I shouted and she came back.After a hour of lecturing her ,we went next door.I need to first apologize for her doing now, I swear the way I've done this way too many times she better move out before I make her like always and this time I won't allow her back.The friend of Maya came out , my Goodness she's beautiful A beautiful dark skinned black woman,She had her hair in a minitwists type of style,She was short maybe 5'4 since I'm about 6'1,She looked so beautiful in that simple outfit,oh shit I'm staring too hard.(Skip to the present) "Hey Cassie, since it's a favor from your dear friend,can you make my brother pay me instead of you for your services"Mays says with a sly smile."Sure" Cassandra says with a smile."You heard that older brother,I want 20k". Who the fuck needs this much money."Fine"I say in defeat."When is the party?" Cassandra asks with her arms folded.I check my phone,Fuck it's tomorrow and it's Ancient Greek themed,oh great."It's tomorrow and it's Ancient Greek themed"I say looking down.I hope she can make it from the looks of her she seems like a busy woman."Sure I'll come I'm off till Monday or whenever I want "She says chuckling."Oh okay...I'll pick you up tomorrow around 1 if that's fine with you and thank you."I say."Sure and also no need to thank me I'm bored so this will entertain me." "BYE BESTIE and your bae also says bye right Jay " Maya says while we leave causing me to wave Cassandra goodbye while blushing"Bye"she says while laughing. I guess tomorrow is on then.
