TRIGGER WARNING! PARENTAL ISSUES

Jason POV

My father is alive.....I thought he just left us....wow....it's hard to take it in since he left when I was in senior year. I need to see Cassandra and cry it all out. I get to her house and find a car, weird. I get in to find her with another woman who looks alot like her....is that her mother?.....no, she doesn't look too happy. "WHY COME BACK NOW!" Cassandra shouts with tears threatening to spill. Oh my love , I can't bear to see you like that, "Cassandra....my baby, please forgive me....I had no choice, I-" "Where's Father" Cassandra says low, he must've not been a pleasant person. "His in jail....for almost killing me" Cassandra's mother says, "Why did you stay with him mom, you could've ran away, YOU CHOOSE HIM OVER ME!" Cassandra damn near screams. Cassandra's chest is going up and down in rage. "Cassandra calm down, your heart" Cassandra's mom tries to calm her, " I HATE YOU, GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE" Cassandra says in a monotone angry voice. I've never seen her so angry. She never speaks of her mother what I am saying I never speak about my father. "Cassandra please hear me out" Cassandra's mom pleads while Cassandra drags her out ,she stops when she sees me and quickly wipes her tears away. "My love " "I need to be alone, take her out ...please " she says exhausted, it must've been emotionally draining to see her mother. "Okay" I say kissing her forehead and taking her mom out.

We are outside now....its awkward but her mom and her look alot alike. "She looks happy, I'm glad....I shouldn't have come but I need to tell her about her father and the truth but I know she won't believe me.....I understand I hurt her, I'm pretty sure, even if I die my death won't affect her as much, I'm sorry Cassandra" Cassandra's mom says. Before I could respond,"Jason" I hear my mom call me , she must have arrived, she gets to Cassandra's yard where I am. "Precious" My mom says with tears in her eyes. They hug, my mom must've known her for sometime. "Why are you here" she asks," For my daughter " Cassandra's mom says sad, "Tell me everything inside" my mom says serious. While mom handles that, I'll go to Cassandra.

Cassandra POV

She left me for her husband, why come back, does she want money from me, what! I slam my hand onto the wall constantly crying out 'Why did you leave me'

Flashback

Dad isn't talking to mom again not surprising since his doing naughty things with his boss lady. " Let's go for a drive" Mom says smiling.....she's in pain yet she smiles. My mom drives me with my bags and we go....why are we going with my bags and her bags....is she leaving Dad, yes! I started singing happily as we drove. We get to some place and we go inside. Mom tells me to wait outside a office, it's not the police but some sort of office. Two ladies come out with my mom. "Come Child" one says, I hold her hand seeing that she's nice. I turn around to find my mom leaving ....mom?....your coming back right with your bags?..... She never came back as I waited for her to come back with her bags.
One of the ladies said my mom  abandoned me so that her marriage survives.
Flashback end

"Cassandra!Stop! Your bleeding !" Jason says holding me back him from hitting the wall. " She left me....my creator and protecter left me" I say laughing while crying into Jason's shirt..."Why , I wasn't a bad kid, was I too much did she love him more then she loved me" I says completely sobbing.

Jason POV

Cassandra is sleeping now after crying for hours, I'm going to go deal with her mom.

I leave Cassandra's house going to my house. I open my front door and went to the kitchen knowing mom's already baking something in there. "Why did you leave her" I say once I spot Cassandra's mom. "JASON! Speak properly to an older person" my mom shouts at me, I'm not backing down. " Your daughter is crying over YOU, you hurt her and you came there thinking she will forgive and forget, do you see my shirt, your daughter's tears ,MY FUTURE WIFE'S TEARS! I had to force her to sleep to ease her pain.... you....the person who matters most wasn't there for her and just abandoned her" I say in tears as well because who does that. " SON! She did-" " It's okay Jess" Cassandra's mom speaks. "I know she hates me but I just want to talk to her....just once and I'll leave her forever" She says...."Wouldn't be the first time" I say in remark. "BOY IF YOU DONT!" "YOU DIDNT HAVE TO SEE HER BREAK DOWN BECAUSE OF HER MOTHER!" I shout back at my mom. We both stare at each other and I simply walk upstairs to my room to play some piano to cool off not before hearing "He looks and acts alot like you when you were his age Jess" Cassandra's mom says.

Cassandra POV

I'm meeting my mom today at the Johnson house, it's been a month since I've seen her , today I have the courage to speak to her well allow her to talk. I open the door to find Jason, "You ready" he says with softness in his eyes. I sigh "I'm ready".We get to the dining room. I see her....my mother. She's aged....she looks horrible, that's what she gets for abandoning me. "Cassandra,I'm glad your here"my mother says standing up to greet me. I ignore her and sit down across from her. "Let's begin" I say sitting down. "Why abandon me" I ask, just wanting to her poor excuse. My mother sighs "I never abandoned you, I thought I did the right thing by giving you up for adoption" she says looking down. " No,you didn't " I say back bitterly. "Okay....Your father wanted to sell you off...to one of his business associates" my mother says, is this the best you can do "No, you wanted me gone so that deadbeat can actually have a reason to love you again" I say bitterly. "I swear Cassandra, I've always tried my best to protect you from your father,he wanted you gone, I knew they'd protect you." She says , "Then why didn't you visit me atleast" I say knowing she's lying " I was running away from him as well...did you want me to take you along, my own 10 year old daughter going up and down not having a normal life" she says "I WOULDVE BEEN WITH YOU MOM!" I shout. It was silent. "I'm sorry...I did what I had to do, I'm just glad that you are well is all" she says smiling looking down "No, Don't even try to apologize, you think an apology will fix everything, I don't believe nor do I want to do anything with you...never speak to me again" I say standing up and walking out. "Cassandra dear, listen to your mom" Mama Johnson says holding muffins and tea in a tray. "No, Thank you" I say leaving, taking one last glance at my pathetic mother.

2 months later, my mother hasn't been heard from in 2 weeks, I'm at the Johnsons residence, I find police informing them that my mother has been missing. I hired a private investigator to find out whether or not what my mom said was true...
And it was....but it still doesn't ease my childhood wounds ,I needed my mother for my life moments, from my first period ,first kiss and boyfriend (glad she didn't meet him). I think my mother's in danger, I need to go and find out.

I pack a duffle with clothes and weapons such as a bat,teaser and a gun importantly a shotgun. I threw my duffle bag over my shoulder, put my mini twists into a ponytail and left. I looked at my phone to find the location of where my mother is held up, Puerto Rico. I need to get there asap because I have a feeling it has to do with my father.

Flashback
"So what did you find sir" I say to the private investigator, "I've found quite alot about your old man" he says in his British accent. "His part of some criminal organization mostly trafficking and it seems he wanted to traffick you as a sample to one of his clients back when you were 10." He says ....mom wasn't lying....then why did she take her bags "Your father , Miss Goodwill is a sexual offender,your mother was one of his vitcims which led to your birth simply as his parents forced him to marry your mother and her parents being as heartless as they were, she had no choice...you mother indured alot....and it seems your father was going to do it to you but your mother continued to offer herself." The investigator said. No....oh mom...you protected me...I'll find you, I promise . "Your dad is out of jail currently pretty sure looking for your mother"

I need to get my mother back. I open the door to find Jason in my way...now why is he here. "I know where your going and I'm coming with you."
