My Precious Diary,

I woke up early this morning with [Mend]'s hand gently shaking my shoulder, waking me from a deep sleep. I barely remember my dream, but it had something to do with my childhood. I was walking in the mall with my mother, trying on different costumes. I wanted to go home, but she insisted we continue.

"Wake up, [Dispatcher]. We're near the Isle," said [Mend] as I rubbed my eyes. I nodded in agreement and looked outside. In the distance, I could see the Isle, its beauty both mesmerizing and terrifying. Lush green trees and grass stretched out beneath a looming mountain in the center. I noticed two other helicopters in the sky, each carrying their own squads. It was raining outside, and I hoped it would stop soon.

"Prepare for deployment!" shouted [Viking]. Everyone grabbed their guns, and looking at them, you'd think we were a badass mercenary team about to secure a dangerous area. I checked my tactical shotgun; it was in perfect condition, as always. "Ensure that your vest's hook is secured for the rope descent. Follow the instructions [Dispatcher] provided," [Viking] reminded us. Everyone silently agreed. [Bulwark] and [Bloodway] checked the ammunition on their stationary miniguns mounted on the sides of the helicopter. Finally, our helicopter reached the territory of the Isle and hovered in the air.

I've divided my squad into three groups. Here they are:

Me, [Unknown], [Commando], [Eagle], [Swordsman] and [Lost] are Group 1. Commanding group
[Mend], [Eliminator], [Striker] and [Blade] are Group 2. They are close-range suppression group.
[Bulwark], [Bloodway], [Sharpshooter] and [Fushiguro] are Group 3. They are Heavy Assault group.
Additionally, [Wood's] and [Viking] are helicopter pilots, and our spotters. They will leave soon since fuel is not infinite. So, you can technically say they are Group 4.

The helicopter stops at the hangar. I hear [Bulwark] scream, "Prisoners spotted!" and the gatling gun unleashes a torrent of bullets. I can only imagine how the prisoners are trying to avoid it. Once we get the all-clear to engage, my group and I jump out of our seats as the doors open. Beneath the spinning blades, I grab the helicopter's rope, hook it to my vest, and descend to the ground. Behind me, [Unknown] does the same, and we touch down at the same time.

"There are prisoners on the hill," said [Bulwark], unleashing another round from his minigun to provide us with cover. Ahead of us is the hangar, and we rush towards the prisoners inside. I leap over a bloody body on the ground that [Bulwark] had shot, and with [Unknown], we position ourselves beside the entrance of the hangar. I signal with three fingers, counting down each second, and then, as I put down my last finger, we breach the hangar. BAM! My shotgun roars, and I see the blast tear through a prisoner's guts, sending them to the ground while two other prisoners take cover. [Unknown] follows me in and sprays his combat shotgun into the covers. While [Unknown] provides cover, I rush forward, quickly dispatching the prisoners behind the cover. We sweep the hangar for more prisoners, but it's clear.

"[Dispatcher] on signal, hangar clear," I report over the radio, lowering my weapon. The rest of my group rushes in, but we've already taken care of everything. They check on us, and we assure them we're fine.

"[Wood], on signal, copy that. The mountain is clean, you're safe. Deploying others to different locations."

"Copy that," I respond and look over our group. Suddenly, we hear a moan from one of the prisoners. It seems my shotgun blast didn't kill him! [Unknown] approaches him with a sinister look and starts beating his face, laughing as he does. He's clearly enjoying it. I glance at the prisoners we killed and notice they had weapons. I'm glad we engaged quickly. I reload my tactical shotgun and step outside the hangar.

I see multiple helicopters deploying mercenaries to different parts of the island. Different squads. The rain is relentless, each drop soaking my hair. The bloody body of a prisoner lies in a mess after the helicopter attack. I take my radio and order the groups to carry out their assigned tasks. Each group reports they've deployed and are proceeding to engage.

"Let the slaughter begin," says [Unknown], stepping out with his bloody boot.

"Right, [Unknown]. Armageddon has arrived." I smile, gripping my tactical shotgun tighter. "No time to waste. Proceed." I give the order, and we move out. We run towards the mountain, our gear clinking and clattering. We reach the bunker doors. I take out my keycard and swipe it through the reader, opening the door. [Eagle] tosses in a stun grenade, and as it explodes, we rush inside. I see the first zombie and blow its head off with my tactical shotgun. Another one rushes at me, but [Commando] shoots it in the torso, splattering some blood on me. We press on and see a zombie in armor, but it's no match for [Commando]'s bullets. I finish it off by blasting its face. We split up to clear the bunker faster. As I move further in, a zombie jumps on me, but I quickly throw it to the ground and shoot it. [Unknown] continues ahead, and I follow him. We finish off the remaining zombies. Reuniting with the group, I finally notice their outfits.

"They were all scientists," I say. The group nods as we search the bunker for more anomalies or survivors. As I walk through the bunker, I notice a closed door. I call [Unknown] over for cover. I kick the door, but it doesn't budge, so I ask [Unknown] to do it. He forcefully opens the door, and we enter with guns ready, but there's no one inside. We lower our guns and inspect the room. There is still a couple of fuel canisters near generator. I see a scientist slumped over a table, a gunshot wound in his head and a revolver in his hand. He looks fresh. Poor guy couldn't wait for us.

"So that's why the bunker couldn't evacuate in time," says [Unknown], looking at the researcher. I notice a small note on the table. I pick it up and read it, pinning it down here.
