Sometimes the virtual world is better than reality

In the online world at midnight's reign,
I met a friend, a soul without a name,
Through the game's embrace, we found connection,
Bridging the gaps, defying all reflection.

Across the digital realm, a friendship bloomed,
Though miles apart, our spirits resumed,
Through quests and battles, we laughed and played,
In this virtual land, our bond was laid.

Different states may keep us apart,
But in the game, we share a heart,
Late-night adventures and heartfelt talks,
In the online world, we walk the same blocks.

Through pixels and screens, our friendship ignites,
A beacon of light in the digital nights,
Distance fades in the game's embrace,
As we find solace in this virtual space.
