𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 3rd, the day before Julianna Lewis will officially be in 11th grade.
To say she was nervous was understandable. Anything could go wrong.

There could be drama, something new appearing in her life, or just the same as casual.
It was currently 12:30 pm, and people were either eating at lunch or school for the kids that started earlier.

Juli was currently at the copy and print service where she and Vivi were picking up pictures.

"Here are your pictures, girls." The lady handed them to Vivianna.

"Thank you very much." Juli smiled kindly.

"No problem! You two girls have a lovely day." The lady said.

"You too!"

Juli and Vivianna heard the bell ding as they left. They felt the autumn breeze as they walked towards Lukes.
"Did Dad tell you what happened in the morning?" Juli asked.

"Nope, what did he tell you?" Vivi said.

"Luke was arguing on the phone with someone. Dad thinks he was arguing with his sister." Juli explained.

"Really? That wack job? I did not know he still talked to her." Vivi tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear.

"I'm just a messenger. Who knows who he was talking to." Juli says.

Juli and Vivi opened the door to Luke as they heard the bell ring. It was a busy hour for the diner.
The two sat on the stool, and Juli looked at the menu.

"You know you're going to get the same thing. There is no point in looking at the menu." Vivi tells Juli.

"I know, but I still want to look through the menu."

Juli put down the menu as Luke walked up to the two behind the counter.
"Hey, Juli and Vivi, the same Monday lunch meal?" He asked.

"Yes, please!" The two girls said at the same time.

Juli heard the bell ring in her ears as someone opened the door again. Juli and Vivi turned around and
saw Lorelai. She took the seat beside Juli.
