We open the scene to the next morning after the dance and see Ironwood, Glynda and Ozpin are in the the Headmaster's office talking about last night
Ironwood: they were here... Ozpin they were here! *slams his fist against Ozpin's desk*
Gylnda: we are very much aware of that. Thank you James
Ironwood: fantastic, you're aware. Now are we going to do something about it or should we just stay the course and continue to ignore what's right in front of us?
Suddenly Ozpin's desk beeps, signifying that someone has arrived on the elevator
Ozpin: come in
The doors whir open as both (Y/n) and Ruby enter the office as Ruby looks somewhat nervous, while (Y/n) stays calm but being aware of what anyone might do
Ruby: ah! Sorry it took so long. Someone accidentally hit all the buttons on the way up here. It wasn't me
(Y/n): it was you, it was manly to satisfy your curiosity so you hit every button of said floor
Ruby: what?! No! *waves off (Y/n)'s statement*
Ozpin: *smile slightly* thank you for coming Ruby, (Y/n), how are you two feeling?
(Y/n): I'm fine, thank you
Ruby: okay, I guess. I'd feel better if my bad-guy catching record wasn't 0 for 3. *slightly chuckles as everyone stays silent* Okay so that's the time we're going for got it...
Ironwood: *walks up to the two* Ruby, (Y/n), I feel it's appropriate to let you two know that I think what you two did last night is exactly what being a Huntress is all about. *places a hand on Ruby's shoulder* You recognise a threat, you took action and you did the very best you could
Ruby: thank you Sir. But I couldn't have done it without (Y/n)'s help
Ironwood: indeed, and thank you to you as well (Y/n)
(Y/n): it's no biggie
Ozpin: now, the General here has already informed us of the events that, transpired last night. But now that you've rested we were wondering if you two had anything to add
Glynda: was anyone else with her? Did she look familiar to you at all?
Ruby: *(Y/n) stays deathly silent* I... *sighs* I don't know. She was wearing a mask. And she never said anything to either of us, but I know she fought with glass. I don't think that was her Semblance though. Her clothing lit up whenever she attacked
Glynda: save for the glass, that sounds like the woman I fought the night we met Ruby and and (Y/n)
Ironwood: embedding Dust into is an age-old technique. It could be anyone
Ruby: wait, you think this girl is connected to Torchwick and the White Fang?
Ozpin: it's possible. But we still lack the required evidence to link the two together
