Kion and Rani Surprise attack

Part 48 Another War

Rani woke up in the morning to see she was wrapped up in Kion's arms with their paws touching. Kion wasn't awake yet and neither were the cubs and Rani couldn't decide whether to go back to sleep or wake Kion up. Before Rani could make up her mind Kion barely moved helping Rani make her decision and having her go with waking him up.

Rani leaned towards Kion and licked his muzzle making him open his eyes with a smile. "Morning My Queen" Kion stated. Rani smirked at him "Morning My King."

Rani riggled her way out of Kion's arms and stood up. "I'll be back, I'ma go see if Bititi is awake and go for a morning walk." "Ok don't go getting yourself into trouble now." Kion said sarcastically. Rani rolled her eyes playfully at Kion's outburst and walked out of the Tree, headed for Bititi's den. 

When Rani got there she didn't hear noise like she usually did but chose to ignore it and she walked in. Rani walked in to surprisingly see Bititi still asleep laying half on top of Hasani and half off. Rani watched for a second and smiled before walking out.

Rani continued her walk by herself for a while thinking about what she was going to do with that huge rock sitting in the middle of the monkey's forest. 

Rani kept walking until she ran into Makini. "O hey Makini whatcha doing"? 

"O nothing just thinking on where this big rock could go" Makini said as she looked at the huge boulder.                   

"Ya that's what I was trying to figure out."

"Maybe we could roll it down the hill over at the mountain pass where the rest of the rocks are." Rani segested. 

"That could work" Makini stated.

After a little while of Rani and Makini talking Bititi woke up.

Bititi woke up and walked outside to look at the sky and see what time it was. When she looked up she started to panic because she had over slept and missed the meeting with the three broots meaning they probably weren't happy and were planning on doing something!

Bititi ran back into her den and started to shake Hasani awake while calling his name. "HASANI HASANI". Hasani woke up with a startle"what's going on, what happened?" He asked in his morning voice.

"I slept in too late and I missed the meeting and now they are probably coming right not to kill everyone and and!" Bititi was talking a mile a minute making Hasani sit up as he tried to hear everything Bititi was saying. "Hey hey calm down it's ok I doubt they'd go that far that fast I mean no way they hate you that much to immediately come over here just because you missed one meeting.''

Bititi was taking Hasani's words into consideration and was calming down when Ulu came flying into their cave. "Hoot hoot, Bititi there are three lions at the mountain pass requesting to see you and they said for you to bring that other lion with you and they were probably referring to Hasani." Ulu reported.

Bititi slowly turned her head towards Hasani and gave him the death stare before her eyes lit up. "How do they know about you...(gasps)...your roar that other night,..I told you they were in there! 

"But how did they know I was with you they never came out of the cave and surely that would be the only way to see us right."

"I don't know but we need to go over there, Ulu can you please tell the night pride and day pride to meet us over there it would probably be smart to get them involved in this too?"  Bititi asked.

"Yes of course." Ulu answered as she flew off.

Bititi looked at Hasani with a little bit of fright. "Come on let's go." Then they walked off to the mountain pass.

When they made it over there Hasani stopped Bititi just before she got into view. "You don't have to do this if you don't want to, you know that right?" Hasani asked feeling sorry for his mate.

Bititi stopped to take a breath as a tear formed in her eye. "But I do...I have to prove to myself that I'm not that scared little cub I used to be....I'm done running from them."

Hasani was a little shocked at Bititi's response and couldn't imagine seeing Bititi scared to fight something so he nuzzled her under her chin before he kissed her. "Alright if you're sure."Then Hasani led her over to Nidhamu, Msaliti, and Mauti.

"So what are you guys trying to get now, couldn't stand it that I stayed home this time so you came over here for my attention, how sweet...now buh-bye.'' Bititi mocked.

"Ha ha very funny, we're sick of your jokes Bititi now either ditch that rusty bucket of bolts" Msaliti said in a stern tone while he pointed a claw at Hasani. "Or.., say goodbye to the rest of your friends fast before you lose them....again."

"Ok hold up,..you can do whatever the hell you want to do to me but when you bring my friends and family into this, that's it.

Hasani was a little frightening because he had never heard Bititi swear before but he chose to ignore it and listen to what she had to say.

Scoffs, "O ya, whatcha gonna do about it, we both know you're still as scared as you were when you were a cub.

"I think I've grown a little since then."

"Alright then give me your best shot."

"Why don't you?"

"Now that would just be stupid wouldn't it,..everyone knows you never swing first."

While Msaliti and Bititi were arguing Nidhamu snuck away to try and ambush Bititi from behind but Hasani spotted her and he walked up beside Bititi and whispered in her ear giving her a heads up.

Bititi smirked after hearing this as she watched Msaliti give commands to Nidhamu with his tail. Nidhamu was in position but what she didn't know was that Bititi was ready for them. "NOW." Msaliti screamed.

Nidhamu jumped into the air but Bititi was ready for her so when Nidhamu jumped into the air Bititi turned around and dodged Nidhamus attack slicing her ear starting the final battle!
