Kion and Rani Surprise attack

Part 46 A Trip Down Memory Lane

"Umm."

 Bititi looked over at Kion and Rani with a worried look on her face. Hasani raised an eyebrow as he sat down waiting for an explanation. Rani jumped into the conversation to help. "Umm it's a secret but knowing Bititi you will probably know soon enough, just not quite yet.'' Rani explained. 

''O ok.'' Hasani replied. 

Bititi let out a silent sigh of relief making Kion giggle a little.

''Did they beat you up today?'' Hasani asked sarcastically and was a little mad as he looked at the scratch on Bititi's nose.

''Relax I just ran into a tree.''

Hasani smirked ''of course you did.'' Rani giggled ''you know Bititi he does have a point, I remember when we were cubs you would always get hurt by dumb stuff like that.'' Rani stated.

''Hey it's not my fault I'm an accident prone.''

'' Actually it is kind of your fault because of how reckless you are".

" well I'm sorry I like to live my life on edge" Bititi said in a playful tone. Rani and Hasani just rolled their eyes as they changed the subject.

"Anyways....you guys have anything planned for the rest of the day'' Hasani asked? 

''Naa were just chilling'' kion replied as he laid down in the grass. Hasani just smirked as he watched Kion lay down and pretend to relax. Kion lifted his head back up when he heard the Lion Guard approaching. "Hey Kion you coming with us on patrol today" Bunga asked? "Sure why not" Kion said as he stood back up and walked over to his friends. 

"Come on Day Pride let's head out" Kion chanted.

Bunga stopped walking and smiled "o ya I forgot that's our new name now''. 

Kion smiled back at Bunga ''ya I thought i'd change things back to what they were supposed to be today." As the Day Pride was leaving for patrol Hasani started to talk. "So what do they do anyways?'' 

"They are the protectors of the Tree during the day so if anyone tried to break in the Day Pride would stop them" Rani explained.  

''O ok that makes sense.''

Rani smirked as she stared off into space. Bititi smirked as she watched Rani and he face. Bititi walked closer to Rani and whispered in her ear making her stop holousanating. "Thinking about the day you fell in love with Kion, aren't you.'' Bititi asked while smirking.

"What, how do you know that!" Rani asked surprised. Bititi smirked at her ''because i am your best friend, I have to know these things and I always will.''

Rani blushed a little as Bititi looked at her knowing exactly what she was thinking about. (her cute King)

"Speaking of Kion how did you end up with him." Bititi questioned?

(Spoilers If you haven't seen lion guard season 3 yet then watch it so I don't spoil anything for you)

Rani blushed even harder turning he face a light red color but told Bititi and Hasani the story. 

"Well back at Kion's original home he was battling Scar and got a scar on his eye from a venomous snake causing him to come over here with his friends to get healed because his scar was turning him evil. When they finally got over here me and the night pride thought they were a threat because they started a rock slide blocking the mountain pass and when we were on the other side Baliyo went to go check things out he started a fight with them. Kion was facing of with Baliyo when Baliyo hit Kion to the ground making him more mad and he used his Roar to send Baliyo flying back into the Tree making me hate him for life. Then I went to talk with my grandmother and when I told her what happened she told us to let Kion and the lion guard in....so we did. After healing Kion and Ono one of his friends that came with him my grandmother called Kion and the night pride over to say goodbye because it was her time to live with the grate lions of the past and when she left us I was crying and Kion came over and comforted me having my head under his making me change my feelings for him from hate to these a good friend.''

Bititi smirked at Rani as she told her story.

"A little later when we were outside at Queen Janna's funeral I was sitting in the grass alone so Kion walked over to me and we started talking about how we did think we couldn't be good leaders but then Kion said I was going to be a great leader and those words worked on me.''

''Awwww'' Bititi said as she looked at Hasani then back at Rani.

"A few days later after I was crowned Queen I started talking to him and we just Kinda had a love song and I asked him to be my Queen but before he could answer he had to go back to his home and protect it from Scar's mate but after realising his pride already did and the bad lion's joined his pride he asked his dad to come back and marry me......and his dad said yes after some convincing.'' Rani explained.

"Awww so that's how you got with him, you decided to make a move on him.'' Bititi said as she nudged Rani with her arm making Rani blush again. 

"That's a memory you'll never forget hu'' Hasani said. 

"Definitely" Rani replied back. 

A while ago while Rani was telling her story Bititi and Hasani's cubs ran off to go play with Raja and Sawa. As the grown ups were finishing talking they walked over to the cubs to find them peacefully sleeping curled up next to each other. Rani smiled as she put Raja on her back and had Sawa in her jaw while Bititi and Hasani were doing the same. "See you at dinner" Bititi called to Rani as she was walking away. "Ok" Rani called back. 

With the sleeping cubs Hasani and Bititi walked back to their den as Hasani was thinking of something to do when they got back while the cubs were still sleeping.
