The following day, Shizumi always visits the girls as they hangout all together all day long. Franklin softens up to the girl as he witnesses how warmhearted she is, Franklin felt bad for thinking that she might cause trouble for them before.
Day by day the girls, Franklin and Shizumi got closer with each other more to the point that they knew each other so well as if they knew each other for years.
But then, one day Shizumi did not visit them, the next day as well Shizumi did not visit them again making them worried. They waited for her but she never visited again.
The pink haired girl who was sitting near the wall was seen by Franklin. He notices the distressed look on Machi's face.
"Get that scoff off your face, she'll be here tomorrow" Franklin said trying to cheer up the girl.
"You always say that, but she never came! Maybe...maybe she's really using us."
"What?.. How can you say that?"
"Maybe she found someone else and abandoned us, that's why she's not coming here anymore!"
"I hate her...how could she!?" Machi cried and run outside
"MACHI!!" Franklin called her and ran outside as well.
"What happened?!" Paku and Shizuki who arrived asked Franklin what was that all about
"MACHI RUN AWAY" Franklin shouts as they all run outside and look for Machi.
They shout and look for the pink haired girl but no luck, they did not find her.
"To the city! Let's look for her there. Ask anyone if they saw her okay?" Franklin said as they all made their way to the city.
Upon arriving, they ask anyone if they saw a pink haired girl but to no avail as well, no one sees her.
They were losing hope, Shizuki cried as Paku assured her that they'll find her in no time. Lies, she was losing hope too.
Franklin was about to lose himself, he grabbed his hair, eyes widening.
'If only Shizumi is here..' Franklin thought but he realized..
'This wouldn't happen if Shizumi did not abandon them, if she came like she always does, Machi won't be upset and run away, it's all Shizumi's fault. Franklin thought of blaming Shizumi for everything that happened.
"It's Shizumi's fault.." Franklin mumbled, Paku who heard him turn her face to him.
"Why are you blaming Shizumi?.."
"If she came back like she always does..this wouldn't happen at all.."
"That doesn't mean she's at fault for Machi running away! You always blame other people for your failure!"
"And why are you defending her?! We just met her, we do not know anything about her at all! How could you be so sure huh?!" Franklin argues back as he shouts at Paku.
Franklin realized what he did and calmed himself down and apologized to Paku.
"I'm sorry..I'm just upset..I'm worried for Machi, i wanted to see her already..i'm sorry Paku.." Franklin cried as he kept apologizing to Paku.
They walked to an alleyway, they were about to go home, but then, a group of delinquents blocked their way.
Franklin immediately shielded Paku and Shizuku.
