Chapter 7

The Gem Myths and Yone with a few bruises and scratches.

Yone: I swear I didn't remember her being this violent. 

Mia: Ow...

Jesenia: (Wipe her tears while carrying Starlight.) You all are done for. You're lucky I kept you alive.

Davana: And we're grateful for that. Aish...

Angelic: Jessy-Chan, we know. We're not supposed to keep secrets. Geez, you still have that strength.

Hua Cheng: That's my girl.

Hijikata: I am so confused.

Amber: We'll explain after we heal up. Ow...

After setting down everything. Jesenia in an another room with Starlight listening to everything.

Yone: So, this started after the Gem Myths felled and Ionia being destroyed. For some reason me and the girls bodies ended up in a experiment faculty.

Mia: As soon as they woke up, one of the scientist got inside and Davana use her ability and bite the scientist.

Angelic: That sounded the alarm and I disabled it. Selina contacts some snakes and we got out of there just in time.

Becky: Then I got some of my eagles friends to help us get around the area. As soon as we got out of there, we went back home and saw everything destroyed.

Amber: That's when we saw Rex.

A crash came from the room.

Kondo: Uhm, continue.

Selina: We heard Rex saying that he's trying to get Starlight for the Underworld of Ionia for money. If they make enough, he's gonna kill her.

Mia: He also had Jesenia's ability, but thanks to Davana's fire and Selina's snakes, we wouldn't be able to get it back.

Hua Cheng: She's probably focused on it right now. Then, as soon as I was gonna visited, I saw everything and brought everyone here.

Yone: It toke a while to heal up and everything.

Okita: Let me get this straight. You guys were alive, for the past few days, and none of you came back for her.

Selina: We were supposed to get to her as soon as we healed, and that was today before you guys came.

Harada: Oops...

Saito: Yup...

Angelic: Well, at least she didn't kill us. That friend of ours can be really violent when she wants to.

Mia: Please, stop. Also, that smoking habit of hers is gonna be the death of us all.

Hua Cheng: Can you blame the women for smoking? You know how stressed she gets. And you know hybrid can handle it.

Mia: Yeah, yeah, whatever. (Sense something. Dodge a throw cabinet.)

Everyone froze for a minute. Mia stand up. Then everyone turn around and see Jesenia got her abilities back and very angry.

Angelic: (Hiding behind Davana.) Well, things got complicated again.

Davana: Yup.

Jesenia: Where's Rex now?

Hua Cheng: We've been tracking him. Some of mine ghost friends found his base about 30 miles south-west from here.

Selina: Also, some of my snakes did found some interesting files that might help in the case. (Give the files to Jesenia.) We took a look at them and it seems really bad.
