You Cannot Put a Fire Out is the third long-fic in the Like Moths to a Flame series. I recap the events from the first two stories (Like Moths to a Flame and Burning Bright) in the first few chapters. If you haven't read Burning Bright, I still highly suggest it, but you do you, fam <3
A massive thank you to my two beta readers: Aki (also one of the extremely talented fan artists from the first few installments of this series) and *drum roll, please* my new best friend Zev (Unreliablenarrator on AO3 and Wattpad). Check out his absolutely beautiful story We Shall Be Monsters on AO3, or follow along as he posts it biweekly here on Wattpad. It's one of my favorite Sebastian Sallow/Male MC stories ever. I laughed, I cried, I stared slack-jawed at my screen at his stunning writing, and naturally, Sebastian and Charlie will now live in my head rent-free for all time.
On a more serious note, You Cannot Put a Fire Out is much darker than the other installments in this series, so please bear that in mind. I have pre-tagged a few triggers on AO3 already, but I will also be adding more as the story progresses, as well as including warnings at the top of pertinent chapters.
Chapter titles with explicit scenes will be marked as follows:

** = heavy smut
As always, please don't hesitate to comment. Interacting with readers is often the highlight of my day.
New chapters will be published every Thursday, rain or shine. The entire story is pre-written, I just like to do a final editing pass before posting.
