Fuck... Kaku knew that he was in trouble, his mind racing as he tried to come up with a way to explain himself. Lucci was quiet and his gaze was cold and calculating as he looked at him. Kaku opened his mouth to speak but was interrupted by Lucci holding up his hand. Lucci pushed himself off the wall and walked towards him with his steps slow and measured. Kaku gulped and took a step back as his body trembled slightly while he tried to stay calm. Lucci stopped in front of him, his body seemed to tower over his own. Lucci stared at him with his piercing gray eyes staring into his soul. "Did you really think I wouldn't find out?" He asked, his voice low and dangerous. Kaku stammered and looked away with his gaze cast to the ground. Lucci sighed and reached out to rest his hand on Kaku's shoulder. Kaku could feel his grip tighten, his fingers dug into his flesh. He winced and looked up at him with his eyes meeting Lucci's. Lucci stared at him for a moment before speaking again. "I told you to help her clean up and rest, not fuck her senseless," Lucci said bluntly with his tone harsh and cold. Kaku flinched and looked away feeling his face red with embarrassment. "You disobeyed a direct order. You know what that means, don't you?" Lucci asked while keeping his voice quiet. Kaku nodded slowly as his heart pounded in his chest. He knew that he had messed up, his actions putting not only himself but Starry at risk as well. Lucci smirked and tightened his grip on Kaku's shoulder before pulling him forward. "You have five minutes to get in my room, or the punishment you're about to receive won't compare to what I plan to do to you," Lucci whispered hotly against his ear with his voice dropping an octave.

"Y-yes sir." Kaku stammered out and quickly made his way down the hallway and into Lucci's room. His heart was pounding in his chest and he felt a knot form in the pit of his stomach as he stepped inside. It didn't take long for Lucci to open the door and walk in before locking it. The click of the lock seemed to echo ominously making Kaku swallow hard. He tried to keep his hands from shaking as Lucci slowly walked over to Kaku and roughly grabbed him by the chin. "You know what happens to those who disobey me, don't you?" Lucci asked as he forced Kaku to meet his gaze. Kaku's eyes widened and he nodded feeling his face flush red. His heart was pounding in his chest and he felt his palms starting to sweat. Lucci smirked and released his grip on Kaku's chin before stepping back. Kaku let out a breath and tried to calm himself down as he watched Lucci remove his jacket and rolled up his sleeves. "Take off your clothes," Lucci commanded as he stared at Kaku. Kaku hesitated for a moment before reluctantly beginning to remove his clothes. He was nervous and anxious, his hands shaking as he pulled off his jacket and shirt. Lucci watched him closely, his eyes scrutinizing every movement he made. "You know that I gave her the direct order to rest. You know how physically and mentally taxing her heats are. You knew that if I found out you were fucking her, I would punish you. Yet you did it anyway. Why? Are you so weak that you have no self restraint and couldn't just leave?" Lucci spat out and shoved Kaku down on his bed making the other man grunt.

"I... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to...I just... Come on man can you blame me?! You mean to tell me that you would tell her no if she was all over you?" Kaku exclaimed, his voice strained as he tried to explain himself in the hope of getting out of his inevitable fate. Lucci glared at him and bent down to whisper against his ear, his breath hot and damp on his skin. "I would have told her no. Because unlike you, I am responsible and have self control. I don't act like some horny teenager who just got his first piece of ass." Lucci snarled in a low and condescending tone. Kaku groaned and ran his fingers through his hair as he struggled to find the right words. "Look I get that she needs rest and everything but c'mon Lucci. You can't expect me to say no when she's all over me like that! She's our mate and she smells so good and she's so fucking sexy. Plus she was really persuasive..." He trailed off, his cheeks tinted pink as he thought back to what happened earlier. "That is beside the point. She is our partner but you should know better than to just give in to her every whim. We may be her mates but we are also her coworkers. It is our job to make sure she is healthy and well taken care of or it could affect her performance in the field and get her hurt, or worse. And when I tell her to do something, I expect her to obey. She has a bad habit of overexerting herself and today is just one example of that. If she keeps pushing herself like this, she will end up injuring herself and that is the last thing we need right now." Lucci replied as he stood up and crossed his arms over his chest. "It's time for your punishment." Lucci stated, cutting the conversation as he started to loosen his tie around his neck.
