Warning: ghost's explicit scenes
Even til death, some noble families still arranged for a dead mistress to be with the man, thinking that one wife could simply not be enough to deal with the dead man's desire. As some saying goes, nobody knows you better than your family. Either the dead man was formerly some real perverted man or his family followed the policy of having a mistress to accompany the man. You didn't even expect for the ghosts to have a third-bedded coffin if you didn't see it for yourself.
You in the middle, while the two settled to the sides.
From your second lifetime experience with a second-bedded coffin, the space was tight. You have laid with Chu Wanning, since in your previous life you didn't have to wear an earring, so you were put into the groom sections. The third bedded coffin may sound larger than the second bedded coffin, which is larger, but it still wouldn't fit three whole people. Curses upon the people who made these measurements, because whatever they measured must be the size of some malnourished people.
Chu Wanning cast a sound barrier in the coffin. The coffin shakes upon being carried elsewhere. The sound of firecrackers and drums could be heard through the coffin lid.
Mo Ran asked out of curiosity, "These demons and ghosts are really bored. Where are they going with the coffin?"
As usual, Mo Ran was the one that asked the questions, while Chu Wanning replied to them all, mentioning that his Tianwen had interrogated a Ghost Golden Boy. The information is still limited, as the Ghost Golden Boy didn't know either. Mo Ran appeared stunned upon knowing that somebody begged for the murder of the Chen family. Mo Ran has experienced this case before; however, during his first life, he didn't even pay any attention to the case. Instead, he was focused more on Shi Mei than anything else.
The dog must live up to his nickname. Mo Ran smells the scent of begonia fragrance mixed with burning incense. The coffin continued to shake, Mo Ran lost his balance, and his left knee accidentally hit itself between your legs. A couple more coffin shakes; it has already neared your groin.
You: "Mo Ran."
You bite yourself back from saying more, worried that Shizun will notice this.
Mo Ran seemed to realize his mistake and quickly retrieve his knee. "Shixiong y/n, that was an accident!"
You leaned onto Chu Wanning to maintain your balance. You only got back to your original position upon hearing Chu Wanning say in a low voice, "Don't speak; we're here."
The surrounding area was deadly silent; the rustling footsteps outside were no more. A cluster of pale golden flames lit up in Chu Wanning's fingertip, and he drew a thin opening on the wall of the coffin, just enough for the three to see through. They were on the outskirts of the colorful butterfly town, in front of a temple. The rows and columns of other coffins were also in this location, and the scent grew stronger each second.
Mo Ran noticed the difference in smell between Chen Bohuan's coffin and the scent here; he mentioned it toward you and Chu Wanning.
Mo Ran: "I didn't like the smell of incense since I was young. Here, and the smell in the illusion, it's not the scent of butterflies, but the special high incense that the people of Colorful Butterfly Town use to worship the ghost master."
You and Chu Wanning followed his line of sight, spotting the three very thick incense sticks burning, releasing the sweet scent into the air. Mo Ran's statement made Chu Wanning ponder the possibility that Chen Bohuan's coffin has nothing to do with the illusion's smell, before he was interrupted by a dazzling red light. You already know that the source behind the red light was the ghost mistress.
The ghost children began their chanting of the blessing of the ghost mistress. The ghost mistress flowed gracefully; however, due to her body being made out of mud, it was too heavy, resulting in a huge dent being created upon her landing.
Mo Ran: "Pfft."
Chu Wanning: "..."
You: "..."
The ghost mistress seemed dissatisfied by the huge dent; she grabbed her long robes before stepping out of the hole. She slowly opened her arm, laughing twice before saying, "Believe in me, worship me, and you will be able to meet the right person and complete the important thing in life that you didn't do before you died."
The chants of the ghost children grow louder upon the arrival of the ghost mistress. Such weird things have been happening on the outskirts of town, yet hardly anybody has done anything about them until now. The hobbies and traditions of the rich are truly concerning. You were glad that your body's hometown wasn't Butterfly Town.
The first coffin to open was on the farthest left; the two lifeless corpses inside staggered out, slowly coming in front of the ghost mistress of the ceremony before they knelt down.
The ghost mistress bestowed her blessing, taking the good oath of marriage. It was a normal oath, if it weren't for Mo Ran's accusation of it being a lewd oath. To which it faced Chu Wanning's cold reprimand, "You have a dirty mind." With that, Mo Ran has finally shut his mouth.
It didn't take long before the ghosts began tearing at each other's clothes, kissing passionately like two animals in heat; it was as if they had been drugged by an aphrodisiac. They shamelessly entangled with each other in public, completely stunning the two. You already experienced this once, so it was all to be expected. You still weren't sure if Mo Ran was the first timeline or the second timeline; your suspicions were fading away since his reactions seemed new.
The movements of the two corpses became even more intense as the female's arm was wrapped around the male's shoulder, intensifying the kiss. Your vision was covered by two hands, even though you could still hear the slipping of clothes and bickering between Chu Wanning and Mo Ran.
Chu Wanning: "This is completely inappropriate; don't look at such despicable techniques."
Mo Ran: "Shizun, you realized that even with you covering up Shixiong y/n's eyes, he can still hear it. Right?"
Chu Wanning: "..."
Your vision was no longer blocked; instead, it was your ears. You looked at Shizun's expression. Noticing his faint blush out of the insanity of the situation. But since he wasn't using a spell, simply covering your ears doesn't fully mean that you can't hear anymore. You could still hear the moaning voices of the corpses and the rustling of clothes.
Chu Wanning turned his face away, clearly not watching anymore. Mo Ran's devious smirk means nothing good. He teased, "Ah, who knows? Maybe we'll be up next. It wouldn't be good if the ghost were to find us out. So we would have no other choice but to be intimate as well."
Chu Wanning: "Nonsense!"
Mo Ran retorted back, putting Shizun's previous words against him: "Shizun, didn't you tell us that we must clearly see the other party's ability before we act? You should at least clearly see the ability of this damned master of ceremonies." Mo Ran continued to tease Shizun. If it weren't for the fact that the three are crammed into a coffin, you would have expected Chu Wanning to have already beat the living heck out of Mo Ran using Tianwen.
It didn't take long for the male ghost to let out a low growl, lying down on the female corpse's body and spasming.
Mo Ran: "Oh my, is that what a ghost climax looks like?"
