Normal (obv))J wasn't one for love or any of those romance things. After all, she was created to exterminate the workers, not to be a "lovesick loser", as she calls the romantic. Nothing more, nothing less. At least, that's what she thought. That's what she thought before somehow falling for a particular drone, one from her own squad to be exact.
V.
No, no. This isn't love or anything like that right? They're just friends, squad mates! She isn't, crushing on her.. Is she? J isn't supposed to be a lovey-dovey, romantic drone. She's supposed to be a cold, unfeeling murderer. And yet, there she is, blushing like a damn pathetic school girl everytime V and her just have a bit physical contact.
"J, you're just degrading yourself to those losers'
level!" J said to herself, while looking at the mirror. "Ugh, this is ridiculous! How can such an amazing, great company let this happen?! This is WORSE than fricken' bankruptcy! Really? You? I mean me? I mean- whatever, you get it. You? Feeling the 'L word'?? Why THIS universe of all??"She plopped her head down onto the desk in annoyance. She's just so happy around V, not in a platonic, friends way, but more of a crushing, butterflies-in-stomach kind of happy. And she hated that. She hated how she's slowly becoming romantic, lovesick, the traits she had always shunned. Why, just why on Copper-9 must this happen? Well no use in complaining, it's not like it's gonna magically go away anytime soon.
She groaned as she got up from the chair she was sitting on before hearing a thud outside.
"That must be them" She thought to herself. She went out side to see her teammates, N and V.
"Hi J!" N said, in his signature cheery voice. "Yeah, yeah hi or whatever." J waved her hand at N in a dismissing manner, then smiled at V. "Hello, V."
"Sup'" The other drone replied to her greeting.
This made N feel a bit upset but he brushed it off."Well, uh I'm gonna go rest. Bye girls!" N said as he went inside. "So, uhm, how was your day V?" J asked as she fidgeted with her fingers.
V noticed her action. "She's been doing that a lot recently. That's not really J-ish but oh well." She thought before ignoring it. "Fine. And by that I mean boring as hell."
J chuckled at V's response. "Yeah, it was pretty boring for me too. Honestly, if a day just repeats itself I wouldn't really notice it did repeat."
V smiled "Same."
Robo-God, that smile. J liked V's usual cocky and teasing smirks but she especially loves it when V gives a quite uncommon genuine smile.
"So, shall we head in?" V said as she had her arm around J's shoulder. The action and sudden contact made J blush a bit but she quickly composed herself. "Oh uh, yeah.."
