The very beginning

It all started on my first day of 7th grade. I walk into school ready for the new school year and as I walk into the class I start observe the area and my new classmates, I see a few familiar faces from 6th grade year and say hi to all of them. And then it comes to the point to saying hi to Syion. "Ugh no not again of course I get Syion in my ELA class again!" Last year in 6th grade I had a MAJOR crush on Syion and at some point he found out and started to mess with me at some point in class when we had a sub HE TWERKED IN MY FACE! After making "amends" with him my friend convinced me to tell him I liked him...well, she would tell him I liked him. He kinda just broke my heart, you know not much of a big deal after that we just stayed as good friends and eventually I got over him. Oh also did mention it was my ELA class...yea. "Hey Syion..." I say dryly. "Oh hey Belly! Heyyyyy we here again in the ELA class together" he says with a smirk on his face. "Oh my god no! I'm not having a repeat of last year!" I say chuckling. I look up at him and we just start to burst out in laughter. "Oh hey Belly I want you to meet my friends this is Shayne, Bryceson, and De'Anthony" "Hey I'm Isabel people call me belly tho!" "Guys I just wanna point out that she is super cool! Like she's literally one of us and she FR is so I better not hear y'all saying she's a pick or some shit" I just look at him and his friends embarrassed, but I catch myself looking at De'Anthony for some reason..

The bell rings and we get to our seat Syion sits next to me then I WANTED my friend to sit next to me but De'Anthony beat her too it, I didn't say anything because I didn't really know him like that to ask him to move. The class goes by and then the teacher decides to give us a break. "Hey De'Anthony!" "Oh hey, Belly? Was it?" "Yep that's me!" "Hey I heard the stories of you and Syion 6th grade year" he says with a mischievous smirk on his face. "Oh god no! Don't even remind me besides I'm wayyy over him now" "oh is that so?" "Yes it is so!" I say laughing. We talk for a little while more and I got a few smiles and laughs out of him but I don't I just kinda felt something from him. "Ok students back to your seats and no switching seats keep the same seats those are going to be your seats for the whole year" Oh god..the whole year?! So I'm going to be sitting next to my old crush and I guy I just met?! Well that's just fantastic. "Well this is gonna be a fun year" De'Anthony says....
