A few weeks later its early in the morning still dark out when Tim feels like he is being shaken so he rolls over and sees Alyssa there Tim:baby we can't keep doing this sweetheart Alyssa:can i sleep in here with you and mama Tim gets up out of bed and grabs her hand and they go back in her room Tim:come on lets lay down He lays with her and she drifts off to sleep he intends to go back to his and Lucys room but ends up also falling asleep the next morning him and Lucy are in the kitchen both kids asleep still Lucy:so another night of bad dreams Tim:I don't understand what is causing these dreams for her Lucy:I don't know but i hope we can figure out what it is soon Tim:im gonna sit her down today and talk with her Lucy:ill take Dylan out so you can have an uninterrupted conversation Tim:thanks Alyssa:morning Tim:good morning sweetheart Lucy:morning baby Dylan comes down soon to Dylan:morning dad morning mama Lucy&Tim:morning Lucy:me and you are gonna hang out today buddy Dylan:ok Alyssa:can i come Tim:your gonna be with me today munchkin Alyssa:ok Lucy and Dylan leave Tim:hey Alyssa can you come sit down a minute please Alyssa:ok. see it She does what Tim asked and he hides the phone in his waist band on his back and puts his shirt over it G:phones Tim puts his in G:hers to Tim:shes 11 she doesn't have one The guy believes him and moves on he waits for the guy to be distracted Tim:is Lucys number in your phone Alyssa:its under mama Tim pulls out the phone and texts Lucy 911 and their location G:hey give me that Tim locks it before he can see the text G:don't try to be a hero stand up Tim does as he says and the guy grabs him and puts the gun on him Alyssa:daddy Tim:its ok baby just sit down ok Alyssa does as he says and the lady next to them pulls her closer seeing how scared she is L:i got you sweetheart Tim:look you don't want to do this im a cop Your already busted run while you have a chance G:how do i know your not lying Tim:im gonna reach for my badge G:slowly Tim pulls the bottom of his shirt up he always keeps his badge on him wherever he goes normally clipped to his belt The guy looks down and sees it G:Sargeant huh Tim:yeah G:whats your name sargeant Tim:you can call me Bradford G:that your daughter sargeant Bradford Tim:it is G:well if i were you i would do whatever i tell you i would hate for her to see daddy get shot Alyssa looks at Tim and he looks back at her The cops end up swarming the place The guy has Tim sat in a chair in the middle of the room so he can see him better knowing he's a cop now G:damn it the guys grabs Alyssa Tim:no G:sit back down Tim does as told to keep her safe The cops tries to come in but he fires 2 shots out the door G:anyone else tries to come in the cops daughter is gonna catch a bullet Tim:i swear to god if you hurt her i will end you G:this is your fault i was gonna take the money and go but you had to play hero Tim:im sorry i ruined your plan use me against my colleagues but let my daughter go shes a kid she doesn't deserve this The guy pushes Alyssa away from him and she runs to Tim and he holds her Tim:its alright G:both of you sit They both sit in the middle of the room Tim:whats your play here G:shut up Tim sits there Alyssa:daddy Tim:yeah baby Alyssa:im scared Tim:i know im right here ill protect you ok Alyssa:ok Tim looks out the window to his right and sees Angela right there he communicates with her through hand signals Angela:one suspect by the front entrance Grey:how do you know Angela:he has Tim and Alyssa by the window Tim was using hand signals to tell me Grey:alright lets get a swat team through the back Angela:im gonna try to give Tim a heads up She goes back to the window and uses a notepad to write down what she wants him to know he reads it and nods and she walks away Tim:Alyssa i need you to listen to me baby Alyssa:ok Tim:in a minute me and you are gonna hit the ground fast and quick got it Alyssa:when Tim:trust me you will know when Alyssa:ok a few minutes later theres a huge bang from the glass window being broken Tim grabs Alyssa and hits the ground and puts himself over Alyssa screamed when the flash bang went off Tim:its ok your alright shhh C:suspect in custody code 4 Tim looks up and sees his friends standing around him and pulls himself and Alyssa off the floor Nyla:you two ok Tim:im fine are you ok baby are you hurt Alyssa:im fine i think Angela:lets get you checked out anyway both of you Tim:yeah good idea He walks over to the ambulance with Alyssa and sees Bailey Tim:hey im pretty sure we are fine but will you check her over make sure everything is okay Bailey:yeah hop up on the gurney Alyssa Alyssa:ok aunt Bailey Bailey:you two Tim have a seat your next Tim:im fine Bailey:sit your self down right now Tim Bradford or i will find your wife Tim:ok ok He sits next to Alyssa on the gurney Lucy runs over Lucy:are you two ok Tim:all good just getting checked over in case Alyssa:aunt Bailey had to yell at dad to get him to sit down and get checked out Tim:hey your supposed to keep that between us Alyssa giggles Tim:where is Dylan Lucy:with Tamara at home Tim pulls Alyssa more into him Bailey:i know you wanna hold her right now but i need you to let go so i can properly check her over Tim Tim:ok He lets go and she scoots over a bit Bailey alright she is all good your turn She puts the blood pressure cuff on him Tim:im fine really Lucy:let her look at you Tim:ok Bailey:i wanna listen to your breathing take a deep breath when i tell you she puts her stethoscope on and starts examining him Bailey:good any pain anywhere blurry vision Tim:no why Bailey:Alyssa said the guy grabbed you earlier and the gun to you just making sure Lucy:are you sure your ok Tim:im fine Bailey:your heart rate is a little higher then i would like that concerns me Tim:im fine really just scared me Bailey:i get it but i still want to take you to get monitored Alyssa too for same reason Lucy:babe don't fight go Tim:alright Him and Alyssa both climb into the ambulance and Tim sits on the bench and Alyssa sits on the gurney Tim holds her hand the whole way there Alyssa:i feel really tired is that normal Bailey:its probably just adrenaline crash sweetheart but i want you to stay awake ok Alyssa:ok Tim:you were so brave baby im proud of you Alyssa:i didn't even do anything Tim:thats ok you did what i told you as soon as i told you and you stayed calm that was amazing and brave Bailey:your dads right most kids would freak out They get to the hospital and both get put in a room together to get monitored for a bit and sent home a little later Lucy:hey you guys ok Tim:i am Alyssa:im good just scared and Tired Tim:me too come on lets get us some rest yeah Alyssa:can i lay with you please daddy Tim:of course baby They go and lay down and Alyssa cuddles into him
