Author's POV

Everyone got a surveillance footage of a club where it was shown how Arnav was drugged, how Ranya took him to some room with help of another man, threw his on the couch stripped his shirt then clicked not so appropriate photos and video with that man who had a smae physique as Arnav.

Aarnav's POV

"This is the proof that he is innocent" Nandani concluded. "He was drugged and the video was edited to make him look guilty."

Baba just smiled looked at the evidence, then at Nandani, and finally at me. The room was silent as he processed everything. After what felt like an eternity, maa spoke with tears in her eyes "I believe you, Nandani. And I believe you, my son. I'm sorry for doubting you." Everyone's head was hanging low and they had tears in their eyes, execpt baba and dadu. Okay that's not what I wanted.

"It's not your fault, I understand what you might have felt at that time now please stop crying or else I might cry as well" I said while hugging maa

"You know I have big heart so you all can just apologise and I will forgive you and we can celebrate our happy happy moments instead of hanging you head low and weeping for nothing"

Everyone looked at me for a good minute and then all of us busted into laughter.

After calming down a bit Aadarsh bhai said "ise time mein isi baatein tu hi kar sakta hai"

"Come-on stop being jealous of me, everyone knows that I am better than you"

"ha ha"

We all talked for a while and then everyone retreated back to their rooms.

I was going to my room, but due to a call, I stayed there for a few minutes. When I returned to my room, hoping to see my beautiful wife, I was surprised she wasn't there. She was in the balcony, looking outside, deeply thinking about something.

I went to the balcony and said, "Ab kya soch rahi hai mera bacha?"

She turned around with a cute pout on her face and said, "Aap bahut bure ho."

I went near her, held her, and while pulling her closer to me, I asked, "What did I do now?"

"Achha to ye bhi ab ham bataye ki kya kiya aapne, hadd hai. Ek to uss chudail ne aapko fasaya ye video edit karke aur aapne kuchh kara hi nahi bethe rahe chhote bache jaise muh band karke aur sabki baatein sunke ha matlab thik hai samjh mein aaya hai baba sa ko gussa ko gussa aa gaya tha lekin ye kya baat hoti hai ki aap uske baad kisi ko kuchh bolo hi na bas chup chap sunte raho-"

Unable to control myself, I put my lips on hers. She gasped at my sudden movement but nevertheless closed her eyes. After a few seconds, when I didn't do anything, she started moving her lips. I smiled in between the kiss and kissed her back. The sweet and soft kiss had now turned into a passionate one. Feeling a tap on my shoulder, I pulled away.

"I didn't do anything because I trusted my wife when she said that she would prove my innocence." I whispered in her ear, slowly caressing her clothed waist. Her chest was moving up and down due the kiss, her eyes were closed and her hands were on my chest and she was looking down with blush adoring her cheeks.

Sure, here's the corrected version:

"Oh my baby," I said, lifting her chin with my hand to make her look at me. Lightly biting her cheek, I added, "my baby looks so adorable while blushing."

She hissed, hit my chest, and said, "It hurts, you know."

I just chuckled, pulled her closer to me, and rested her head on my chest. After some time, she lifted her head from my chest, looked into my eyes, and said, "Will you again turn cold, arrogant, Mr. Khadoos, Dracula, Bakasur, and a husband who ignores his beautiful wife?"

"Ye kuchh kam naam nahi hai?"

"Ha bahut kam hai, abhi to bahut saare hai" I raised my eyebrow at her and immediately bit her tongue.

Sighing, I cupped her face and said, "I know I was being a jerk that time, but I couldn't do anything. Baba sa just fixed my marriage and didn't tell me anything about you. One day, I heard Baba sa talking about some profit and misunderstood it as profit in business. I concluded that you were marrying me for money, and you know how much I hate gold diggers. But after some time in our marriage, I came to know that you are not what I initially thought you were. I was about to apologize to you and confess my love for you in front of everyone, but then this happened. I'm sorry, love, I'm very sorry for not treating you like the queen you are. You rule my heart from the very beginning, but I failed to treat you like a queen. I'm an idiot, a jerk, a complete asshole. I'm sorry, love. I love you so much. Please forgive me, my love, please forgive me-"

She smashed her lips on mine, cutting me off. She dominated the kiss, kissing me like a hungry and angry baby who got his food after a lot of crying and is still angry. She pressed her body against mine. Feeling her soft curves, a groan left my mouth, and taking the chance, she entered her tongue inside my mouth. Meri sherni.

After some time, she pulled back, held my collar, looked into my eyes, and said, "Don't apologize like this, there is no need for you to do so. I understand. I know that you can't just immediately accept the changes in your life, but dare you curse my husband next time and see what I'll do with you."

Now, should I be scared of her glare or bite her cheeks for looking so cute? Letting go of the latter part (because now, if I did this, she'd beat my ass, and I have a reputation to maintain. "Good boy"

"I will show how much of a 'good boy' I am some other time, love. But for now, let's just go to sleep," I huskily whispered in her ear, biting her earlobe. She just pushed me and ran inside the room. I smiled and went behind her.
