Author's note:

Ryoshu is a menace and I love her for it.

"FUCK!"

Jeremy cursed and threw the script on the floor. He was upset and distraught by the new problem. Jane dashed to his side to calm him down. Jimmy walked closer and sneered at him. "What happened? Did your narrator run away?"

Jeremy glared at Jimmy. That man knew the fake director was behind this. Jeremy wanted to strangle that man, but he held himself. He did not have a proof. Besides, there was a more pressing matter to do. They lost their narrator and could not start the drama. Dante, who watched everything, spoke to the sinners.

<"The narrator is gone. Meursault, you only have two scenes, right?">

Meursault nodded. "That's right."

<"Can you become the narrator? I believe you have memorised the script. You also have fewer scenes than others.">

That man was frowning. He remembered the script outside his head, but he might be lacking emotion in his voice. Nevertheless, it was an order. Meursault complied with the mission. "I'll try my best."

Faust accompanied Dante to talk about their aid. Everyone already had their hand full of work. They did not have enough workers. Jeremy had no choice but to accept the offer.

The performance finally began. Meursault opened the story with an introduction about Snow White. His words were flowing well, although it was a bit flat. Sinclair stood alone on the stage. He was not anxious anymore. That man spoke his dialogue with graceful movement and a beautiful smile.

The audience wiped their eyes. They were sure they saw animals flocking around Snow White.

While the first scene was rolling, Rodion used this opportunity to dig for information. She wrapped her arm around Jane's shoulder. "Hey, Jane. I saw tension between Jeremy and Jimmy. What is happening between them?"

Jane hesitated but decided to tell them the truth. "Uh, I'm not supposed to say this, but..." Jane whispered to them. "Everyone hates Jimmy."

Heathcliff raised his eyebrow. "All of us can see that man is a bastard. What is the reason?"

"He is... the grandson of the previous owner. That man loved theatre and acting. Everyone respected him from their heart. However, he passed away due to old age. He gave the theatre to Jimmy. Unfortunately, Jimmy is not interested in acting. He is going to sell this place. Of course, many people disagreed. This theatre always makes big profits. It is also the source of income for the employees, the birth of some actors and has regular visitors. Rosaline somehow prevented the theatre from being closed. When she disappeared, Jimmy tried to sabotage the theatre. He fired the best actors and cut our salaries and budget. He then announced himself as a director out of nowhere. I think it is just a reason to watch over this place."

Rodion shuddered. "Urgh, it sounds like a nightmare."

Outis frowned. "That unfair management sounds horrible. Why did you even stay?"

"Well, Rosaline was gone. Someone must take care of the theatre."

Before everyone asked more questions, it was Outis and Meursault's turn on stage. Yi Sang became a temporary narrator. Their performance went well until it was the hunter's scene. Based on the script, Sinclair supposed to be escape from Ryoshu. However, the short-haired woman had a different idea. She went up to the stage with a sly expression.

Hong Lu was amazed. "Wow, the craft of this theatre is on another level. The weapon is shining like a real axe!"

Gregor squinted his eyes. "Huh, you're right. It looks like a real axe."
