The explosion left the house in ruins, debris scattered everywhere, and the once beautiful garden now marred by the aftermath of the blast. Abhishek lay on the ground, his body shielding Yesha. He felt the sting of dust and smoke in his lungs, but the immediate concern was making sure Yesha was okay.

"Yesha, are you alright?" he asked, his voice hoarse.

Yesha coughed, nodding weakly. "I think so. What about you?"

"I'm fine," Abhishek assured her, helping her to her feet as she thanked him. He scanned the area, his heart pounding as he looked for any sign of the others.

Sumedh and Vaishnavi were already moving towards them, concern etched on their faces. "Abhishek! Yesha!" Sumedh called out, relief flooding his voice as he saw them both standing.

"We're okay," Abhishek said, his eyes meeting Sumedh's. "Is everyone else safe?" while vaish was hugging yesh.

Siddharth joined them, guiding the last of the guests away from the wreckage. "Everyone's out and accounted for," he reported. "Thank God."

Vaishnavi rushed to Abhishek, her eyes filled with tears. "You saved us," she said, her voice trembling. "You saved all of us."

Abhishek pulled her into a comforting embrace. "We're all safe, and that's what matters."

---

The sound of sirens filled the air as police and emergency services arrived on the scene. Officers began cordoning off the area, and paramedics tended to the injured. The garden, once a place of celebration, was now a scene of controlled chaos.

Abhishek, Sumedh, Siddharth, Yesha, and Vaishnavi stood together, their clothes dusty and torn, but their spirits unbroken.

A police officer approached them, his expression serious. "We need to ask you a few questions about what happened here."

Abhishek nodded. "Of course. We'll cooperate fully." trying to be casual he can't risk his true identity.

As they recounted the events leading up to the explosion, Abhishek's mind raced with questions. Who would do this? Why target Vaishnavi's birthday party? Was the attack for he and siddarth or yesha and vaishnavi? He had to find out. The thoughts were interrupted by Vaishnavi's voice.

"Who do you think did this? Abhishek?" she asked, her eyes wide with concern.

Abhishek frowned. "I don't know, but we'll find out. Whoever did this will face me."

---

After the authorities finished their initial investigation and the area was secured, the group found a moment of quiet. They sat together on a bench in the garden, the night air cool against their skin.

"I can't believe this happened," Yesha said, her voice soft. "It was supposed to be a happy day."

"It still is, in a way," Vaishnavi said, her voice steady. "We're all alive, and that's something to be grateful for."

Sumedh nodded. "Vaishnavi's right. We'll rebuild and come back stronger."

Siddharth, ever the optimist, tried to lighten the mood. "And after some days, we'll have an even bigger party. No bombs allowed."

Everyone chuckled, the laughter a balm for their frayed nerves.

Abhishek looked around at his friends, his family. "I'm just glad you're all safe. We'll figure out who did this and why. But for now, let's just be thankful we're together."

Yesha squeezed his hand. "Thank you, Abhishek. For everything."

---

As the night wore on, the group found solace in each other's company. The shock of the explosion began to wear off, replaced by a steely resolve to uncover the truth.
